- a) 아밀로이드 전구단백질(APP)을 암호화하는 APP 돌연변이 유전자, b) 타우단백질(Tau)을 암호화하는 타우 돌연변이 유전자, c) 프리세닐린 1(PS1)을 암호화하는 PS1 돌연변이 유전자 및
d) 상기 세 돌연변이 유전자를 한번에 조절할 수 있는 신경세포 특이적 프로모터를 포함하도록 제작되고,
상기 세 돌연변이 유전자는 일렬(tandem)로 연결되는, 알츠하이머병 관련 유전자 발현 카세트.

- 제14항의 재조합 발현 벡터 또는 제16항의 형질전환된 세포주를 이용하여, 형질전환된, 인간을 제외한 동물.

상기 동물은, 포유류인 것인, 형질전환된, 인간을 제외한 동물.
- 제17항에 있어서,
상기 동물은, 돼지인 것인, 형질전환된, 인간을 제외한 동물.
