- 강판;
상기 강판의 일면 또는 양면상에 위치하는 Al을 포함하는 도금층; 및
상기 도금층 상에 위치하는 코팅층;을 포함하는 합금 코팅 강판이되,
상기 코팅층은,
상기 도금층 상에 위치하는 Al-Si 합금층;
상기 Al-Si 합금층 상에 위치하는 Al-Mg-Si 합금층; 및
상기 Al-Mg-Si 합금층 상에 위치하는 Mg 층;으로 이루어진 3개의 층으로 구분되는 것인,
합금 코팅 강판. - 강판;
상기 강판의 일면 또는 양면상에 위치하는 Al을 포함하는 도금층; 및
상기 도금층 상에 위치하는 코팅층;을 포함하는 합금 코팅 강판이되,
상기 코팅층은,
상기 도금층 상에 위치하는 Al-Si 합금층;
상기 Al-Si 합금층 상에 위치하는 Al-Mg-Si 합금층; 및

상기 Mg가 코팅된 알루미늄 도금 강판을 열처리하여 Mg를 상기 도금층으로 확산시키는 단계;를 포함하되,
상기 Mg가 코팅된 알루미늄 도금 강판을 열처리하여 Mg를 상기 도금층으로 확산시키는 단계;에 의하여,
상기 강판의 일면 또는 양면 상에 위치하는 Al을 포함하는 도금층 상에,
3개의 층으로 구분되는 코팅층이 형성되고,
상기 도금층 상에 형성되는 3개의 층으로 구분되는 코팅층은,
상기 도금층 상에 위치하는 Al-Si 합금층;
상기 Al-Si 합금층 상에 위치하는 Al-Mg-Si 합금층; 및
상기 Al-Mg-Si 합금층 상에 위치하는 Al-Mg 합금층;을 포함하는 것인,
합금 코팅 강판의 제조방법. - 삭제

상기 알루미늄 도금 강판 상에 Mg를 코팅하는 단계;의 코팅은,
물리기상증착(PVD)으로 수행되는 것인,

상기 강판의 일면 또는 양면 상에 Al을 포함하는 도금층을 포함하는 알루미늄 도금 강판을 준비하는 단계;에서,
상기 강판의 일면 또는 양면 상에 Al을 포함하는 도금층은,
상기 강판의 일면 또는 양면 상에 위치하는 Al-Fe-Si 합금층;을 포함하는 것인,
