Claims (15)
- 하기 단계를 포함하는, 전기화학발광 검출을 통한 샘플 중의 분석물 측정 방법:
a) 전기화학발광기로 표지된 검출 시약과 함께 샘플을 인큐베이션하는 단계,
b) 분석물-결합 및 분석물-불포함 표지된 검출 시약을 분리하는 단계,
c) 분리한 분석물-결합 표지된 검출 시약을;
i) 하나 이상의 공동반응물, 및
ii) 하기 화학식 I 및 화학식 II 의 탄산 아미드 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 화합물:

d) 발광의 방출을 전기화학적으로 촉발시키는 단계, 및
e) 전기화학발광 (ECL) 신호를 측정함으로써 분석물을 측정하는 단계. - 제 1 항에 있어서, ECL 을 사용하는 샘플 중의 분석물 측정이 수용액 중에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 탄산 아미드가 아세트아미드, 2-플루오로아세트아미드, 2-클로로아세트아미드, 프로판아미드, 2-클로로프로판아미드, 3-클로로프로판아미드, 부탄아미드 및 2-클로로부탄아미드로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 시약 조성물이 탄산 아미드를 0.01 M 내지 0.25 M 의 농도로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 1c) 의 시약 조성물이 보존제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 단계 1c) 의 시약 조성물이 보존제를 0.1% 내지 5% 의 농도로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 단계 1c) 의 시약 조성물이 붕산 및 붕산염으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 보존제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 1c) 의 시약 조성물이 세제 및 완충제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 단계 1c) 의 시약 조성물이 염 및/또는 소포제를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 붕산 및 붕산염으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 보존제를 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시약 조성물.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 따른 시약 조성물, 조사할 샘플 및 전기화학발광기로 표지된 하나 이상의 검출 시약을 포함하는 ECL 측정용 시약 혼합물.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 따른 시약 조성물을 함유하는 ECL 측정용 키트.
