도 2는 본 발명에 따른 폴리프로필렌 원료와 친수화 고분자 첨가제를 섞어 만든 부직포 원단의 단면구조를 개략적으로 도시한 도면,
도 3은 도 2에서 만들어진 부직포 원단에 음이온성 계면활성제 후가공을 실시한 단면구조를 개략적으로 도시한 도면이다.

Claims (5)
- 원료로서 폴리프로필렌 칩 100 중량부에 대하여 친수화 고분자 마스터배치 첨가제 칩 2 ~ 5 중량부를 혼합하는 단계(S 110);
혼합된 원료 및 첨가제를 압출기에서 용융시켜, 분당 0.7 ~ 1.1cc의 속도로 원료를 방사하며 직경이 10㎛ 이하인 극세섬유를 형성하는 복수의 노즐을 통하여 용융 방사하는 단계(S 120);
방사되는 원료 및 첨가제를 고압 열풍에 의해 연신시켜 극세섬유를 형성하되 온도가 230 ~ 265℃인 티다이를 통해 분당 3 ~ 6㎥의 에어량을 공급하며 연신시키는 단계(S 130);
상기 디타이와 수집체로서 분당 1.5 ~2.1㎥의 공기를 흡입하는 컨베이어 사이의 거리를 25 ~ 33㎝의 범위 내에서 조절하되, 상기 컨베이어를 통해 평량이 60 ~ 100g/㎡가 되도록 형성된 극세섬유를 수집하며 인접한 극세섬유와 바인더 없이 결합하여 멜트블로운 부직포를 형성하는 단계(S 140);
상기 부직포의 표면에 음이온성 계면활성제를 상기 부직포 중량에 대하여 1:0.1 ~ 1중량 비율로 분사하는 단계(S 150); 로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고흡수성 폴리프로필렌 부직포 원단의 제조방법. - 삭제
