Abstract
Description
도 1a 내지 도 1c는 포도당 농도가 400 밀리그램/데시리터(㎎/㎗)인 전혈 샘플에 대한 시험 센서로부터의 출력 신호를 나타낸 것이다. 시험 센서를 분자체 건조제(1A)와, 실리카 겔 건조제(1B)와 또는 건조제(1C) 없이 밀봉한다.
도 2a 및 도 2b는 포도당 농도가 50, 100, 400 또는 600 ㎎/㎗인 전혈 샘플의 포도당 검정을 위한 검정 편중의 그래프를 나타낸 것이다.
도 3a 및 도 3b는 다양한 유형 및 수준의 건조제를 갖는 용기 내에 밀봉된 시험 센서에 대한 포도당을 포함하지 않는 전혈 샘플의 포도당에 대한 배경 전류의 그래프를 나타낸 것이다.
도 4는 다양한 유형 및 수준의 건조제를 갖는 용기 내에 -20℃에서, 50℃에서 또는 실온에서 2 주 동안 저장된 시험 센서에 대한 인-센서 효소 활성의 그래프를 나타낸 것이다.
도 5는 다양한 유형의 건조제와 50℃에서 2 주 동안 밀봉된 시험 센서에 대한 및 효소 안정화제를 갖는 시약 조성물 및 이를 갖지 않는 시약 조성물에 대한 인-센서 효소 활성("효소 회수율(%)")의 그래프를 나타낸 것이다.
도 6은 -20℃에서 2 주 동안 저장된 시험 센서에 대한 R5/4 비 매개변수에 대한 50℃에서 2 주 동안 저장된 시험 센서에 대한 R5/4 비 매개변수의 변화의 그래프로서, 시험 센서가 시험 센서의 작업 전극 위에 다양한 수준의 효소 밀도를 갖는 그래프를 나타낸 것이다.
도 7은 시험 센서를 사용한 생물학적 유체의 샘플 내의 분석물질 농도를 측정하는 바이오센서의 도식 표현을 도시한 것이다.

Claims (32)
- 각각의 시험 센서가
전도체 중 하나가 작업 전극인 2종 이상의 전도체, 및
작업 전극 상에 또는 근처에 배치된 시약 조성물
을 포함하는 복수의 시험 센서; 및
건조제 및 용기에 밀봉된 상기 복수의 시험 센서를 포함하고, 상기 건조제는 시험 센서당 최대 22.5mg의 분자체 및 시험 센서당 최대 30mg의 실리카 겔을 포함하는, 분자체 및 실리카 겔의 블렌드를 포함하는 것인 용기
를 포함하는, 샘플 내의 분석물질의 농도를 측정하기 위한 바이오센서 시스템으로서,
복수의 시험 센서를 50℃의 온도에서 2 주 동안 용기 내에 밀봉한 후 용기로부터 꺼내고, 그 후 각각의 시험 센서를 2종 이상의 전도체를 통해 측정 장치에 연결시킨 후 분석물질을 포함하는 복수의 샘플 중 하나와 접촉시키고, 각각의 샘플 내의 분석물질 농도를 시험 센서 및 측정 장치에 의해 측정할 때,
각각의 측정된 분석물질 농도의 편중은, 분석물질 농도가 10㎎/㎗ 이상 100 ㎎/㎗ 미만인 샘플의 경우 ±10 ㎎/㎗ 내이고, 분석물질 농도가 100 ㎎/㎗ 내지 600㎎/㎗ 인 샘플의 경우 ±10% 내인 바이오센서 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 건조제는 40℃에서 10%∼20% RH의 환경과 접촉할 때 수분 중 이의 중량의 5% 내지 15%를 흡착하는 것인 바이오센서 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 건조제는 중합체 블렌딩된 분자체를 포함하는 것인 바이오센서 시스템.
