Abstract
Description
도 2A는, 글루타메이트 탈탄산효소 변이체인 GADΔC/E89Q를 발현하는 pZA-GADΔC/E89Q 벡터로 형질전환된 신규한 대장균 균주인 CY02, 자연형 대장균 W, 및 일반적 실험실 균주인 대장균 W3110의 성장곡선을 나타낸 것이며, 도 2B는, 상기 대장균들의 배양배지 내에 생성된 감마아미노부티르산(GABA)의 농도를 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은, 대장균 W, ALE population, CY02 대장균 균주에 대한 유전체 분석 실시결과 변이된 유전자 개수를 그림으로 도시한 것이다.
도 4는, 대장균 W, ALE population, CY02 대장균 균주에 대한 유전체 분석 실시결과를 유전자별로 변이 정도, 변이 종류, 및 유전자 기능 등을 정리하여 나타낸 것이다.

- 글리세롤을 유일한 탄소원으로 이용하는, 대장균 균주 CY02(수탁번호 KCTC 12782BP).
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 대장균 균주는 대장균 W로부터 유래된 것을 특징으로 하는, 대장균 균주 CY02(수탁번호 KCTC 12782BP).
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 대장균 균주는 글리세롤을 유일한 탄소원으로 포함하는 배양배지에서 계대배양함으로써 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는, 대장균 균주 CY02(수탁번호 KCTC 12782BP).
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 대장균 균주는 galactoside transport system permease(갈락토시드 수송계 투과효소), PEP-protein phosphotransferase(PEP-단백질 인산전이효소), global transcriptional regulator CRP(글로벌 전사 조절인자 CRP), 및 glycerol kinase(글리세롤 인산화효소)에 삽입, 결실, 또는 아미노산 치환을 통해 변이가 일어난 것을 특징으로 하는, 대장균 균주 CY02(수탁번호 KCTC 12782BP). - 삭제
