Claims (81)
- 중합체 표면을 갖는 의료장치에 있어서:
상기 표면이 폴리에테르에테르케톤(PEEK), 폴리에테르케톤케톤(PEKK), 나일론, 폴리아미드, 폴리우레탄, 폴리우레아, 폴리에스테르, 폴리케톤, 폴리이미드, 폴리술피드, 폴리술폭사이드, 폴리술폰, 폴리티오펜, 폴리피리딘, 폴리피롤, 폴리에테르, 실리콘, 폴리실옥산, 다당류, 플루오로중합체, 폴리펩티드, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리스티렌, 폴리프로필렌, 유리 강화 에폭시, 액정 중합체, 열가소제, 비스말레이미드-트리아진(BT) 수지, 벤조시클로부텐 중합체, 아지노모토 빌드업 필름(ABF), 유리 및 에폭시의 저 열팽창계수(CTE) 필름, 및 이들 중합체를 포함하는 복합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 중합체를 포함하고;
상기 중합체 표면에 작용화층이 배치되며, 이 작용화층은 중합체 표면에 공유결합된 금속 산화물 접착층과, 이 금속 산화물 접착층에 공유결합된 오메가-작용화된 오르가노포스폰산의 자가-조립된 단층을 포함하고, 오르가노 기는 2 내지 40 탄소원자의 직쇄 또는 분기된, 포화 또는 불포화, 치환 또는 비치환, 지방족 또는 방향족 알킬렌 탄화수소이며;
작용화된 오르가노포스폰산에 4급 알킬암모늄 항감염제가 공유결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물 접착층의 두께가 1~2 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 의료장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물의 금속이 주기율표의 3 내지 6족, 13족 또는 14족의 전이 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 의료장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 금속이 Zr, Ti 또는 Ta인 것을 특징으로 하는 의료장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 금속이 Zr인 것을 특징으로 하는 의료장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경피적, 내시경, 관절경 또는 복강경 의료장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 심장, 심혈관, 또는 혈관 의료 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정형외과용, 정형외과용 외상, 또는 척추 의료장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배출 카테터, 션트, 테이프, 메시, 로우프, 케이블, 와이어, 봉합사, 피부 및 조직 스테이플, 화상 시트, 외부 고정 장치 및 일시적/비영구적 이식재로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 작용화 층이 패턴 또는 마이크로패턴으로 상기 표면 상에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 4급 알킬암모늄 항감염제가 패턴 또는 마이크로패턴으로 상기 표면 상에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 작용화층이 연속적인 것을 특징으로 하는 의료장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 항감염제 층이 연속적인 것을 특징으로 하는 의료장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오르가노포스폰산이 11-히드록시운데실포스포네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 의료장치.
