Abstract
또한, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 건식코팅장치는 상기 용융소재 공급유닛, 피도금부재가 내부에서 이동하게 구비되며, 상기 용융소재 공급유닛의 용융용기부가 내부에 제공되는 진공챔버유닛 및 상기 진공챔버유닛의 내부에 제공되며, 상기 용융용기부와 연결되고, 상기 용융소재를 가열하여 형성된 증기소재를 상기 피도금부재로 분사하여 코팅하는 증기분사유닛을 포함할 수 있다.

Claims (10)
- 고체소재를 용융시켜 용융소재로 형성하는 용융소재 공급유닛;
피도금부재가 내부에서 이동하게 구비되며, 상기 용융소재 공급유닛의 용융용기부가 내부에 제공되는 진공챔버유닛; 및
상기 진공챔버유닛의 내부에 제공되며, 상기 용융용기부와 연결되고, 상기 용융소재를 가열하여 형성된 증기소재를 상기 피도금부재로 분사하여 코팅하는 증기분사유닛;
을 포함하며,
상기 증기분사유닛은,
상기 진공챔버유닛의 내부에 구비되는 증발용기;
상기 증발용기에 구비되어, 상기 용융소재를 가열하여 증발시키는 증발가열수단; 및
일단부는 상기 용융용기부에 형성된 배출구와 연통되며, 타단부는 상기 증발용기의 내부로 연장되게 연결되어, 상기 용융용기부에서 상기 증발용기로 전달된 상기 용융소재에 침지되게 구비되는 연결관;
을 포함하는 건식코팅장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용융소재 공급유닛은,
고체소재가 제공되는 원료공급부;
상기 원료공급부와 연결되며, 상기 고체소재를 용융시켜 용융소재로 형성 후에 외부로 배출하는 용융용기부; 및
상기 원료공급부와 연결되는 상기 용융용기부의 공급영역과 외부로 용융소재를 배출하는 상기 용융용기부의 배출영역 사이에 구비되어, 상기 용융소재만이 상기 배출영역으로 이동되게 제공되는 격벽부;
를 포함하는 건식코팅장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 격벽부는,
상기 용융용기부의 일측인 상기 공급영역과 상기 용융용기부의 타측인 상기 배출영역 사이에 구비되어, 상기 공급영역과 배출영역의 상단부를 격리하는 벽부재; 및
상기 벽부재의 하단부에 구비되는 관통홀;
을 포함하는 건식코팅장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 용융용기부는,
일측에는 상기 원료공급부와 연결되는 공급구가 형성되고, 타측에는 외부로 용융소재를 배출하는 배출구가 형성된 용기부재; 및
상기 용기부재에 구비되어, 상기 고체소재를 용융시키는 용융가열수단;
을 포함하는 건식코팅장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 용융용기부는,
상기 용기부재에 구비되며, 상기 공급구가 구비되는 상기 용기부재의 공급영역의 내부압력보다 상기 배출구가 구비되는 상기 용기부재의 배출영역의 내부압력을 저압으로 조정하는 압력조정수단;
을 포함하는 건식코팅장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 원료공급부는,
상기 고체소재가 제공되는 원료저장소; 및
상기 원료저장소와 상기 용융용기부를 연결하게 구비되며, 상기 고체소재를 상기 용융용기부로 전달하는 게이트부재;
를 포함하며,
상기 게이트부재는,
상기 용융용기부와 연결되는 상기 원료저장소의 하단부에 구비되는 게이트밸브; 및
상기 게이트밸브와 상기 용융용기부 사이에 구비되어 상기 고체소재를 전달하는 스크류무버;
를 포함하는 건식코팅장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 원료공급부는,
상기 고체소재가 공급되는 상기 원료저장소의 상단입구에 구비되는 입구밸브; 및
상기 원료저장소에 구비되어 상기 원료저장소 내부를 진공환경으로 조성하는 압력조절펌프;
를 포함하는 건식코팅장치. - 삭제
