본 발명을 통하여, 지중 전선로의 안정성 및 내구성을 획기적으로 향상시킬 수 있으며, 지중 전선로 구축시 전선관(41)의 지중 견인과정에서 발생될 수 있는 전선관(41)의 파손을 근본적으로 방지할 수 있다.

Claims (2)
- 수평 추진형 지중 전선로 시공방법에 있어서,
계획 지중 전선로의 양측 단부에 각각 발진구(11)와 도달구(12)가 굴착되고, 발진구(11)로 투입된 굴착비트(23) 배후에 로드(22)가 반복 연결되면서 계획 전선로의 경로를 따라 소구경 예비 굴착공이 형성되는 예비굴착단계(S10)와;
예비 굴착공에 관입된 로드(22)의 굴착장치(21) 타측 단부에 확공기(31)를 장착하고, 확공기(31) 배후에는 견인선(45)이 내장된 케이싱(40)을 연결한 후, 확공기(31)를 견인하여 케이싱(40)을 매설하는 확공단계(S20)와;
견인선(45)의 일단에 전선관(41)을 결속하고, 전선관(41)을 케이싱(40) 내부로 투입한 후, 견인선(45)을 견인하여, 케이싱(40) 내부에 전선관(41)을 설치하는 전선설치단계(30)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 케이싱(40) 수평 추진형 지중 전선로 시공방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 확공단계(S20)가 수행된 이후,
케이싱(40)의 일측 단부가 밀봉되고, 밀봉부위에 압송장치가 연결되어, 케이싱(40) 내부로 압축공기가 압송됨으로써, 케이싱(40)내 저류수가 외부로 배출되는 가압배수단계(S21)가 수행되고,
케이싱(40) 내주면에 밀착되는 돌출환체(61)가 외주면에 형성된 원통체(60)가 케이싱(40) 내부에서 이동됨으로써, 케이싱(40)내 잔류수가 집수 및 배출되는 잔류수제거단계(S22)가 수행된 후,
전선설치단계(S30)가 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 케이싱(40) 수평 추진형 지중 전선로 시공방법.
