Abstract
즉, 본 발명은 포대에 있어서; 포대의 외면을 부직포시트(1)로 형성하고 부직포시트(1)의 내면에 인장 및 인열강도를 갖는 폴리프로필렌우븐층(2)을 형성하되, 상기 부직포시트(1)와 폴리프로필레우븐층(2) 사이에 상호 물림결합되게 하는 접착제층(3)을 형성하며; 상기 부직포시트(1)와 접착제층(3)은 그 재질이 폴리프로필렌우븐층(2)과 동일한 재질인 폴리프로필렌으로 형성한 것이다.
따라서, 본 발명은 부직포 포대가 폴리프로필렌우븐층에 의하여 인장강도와 인열강도가 향상되는 효과를 가지며, 코팅접착층에 의하여 습기에 대한 방수기능이 향상되어 내구성이 우수한 포대를 제공하게 되는 것이다.
또한, 부직포의 장점인 보온성과 유연성을 갖는 포대를 제공하는 것이며, 마찰력이 다른 재질보다 우수한 결과로 미끄럼 현상이 크게 줄어드는 효과를 가지는 포대를 제공하게 되는 것이다.

Claims (5)
- 포대 제조방법에 있어서;
부직포시트(1)을 공급하는 부직포공급과정(110)과 폴리프로필렌우븐을 공급하는 우븐공급과정(120), 부직포시트(1)와 폴리프로필렌우븐이 수직으로 맞닿아 이송되게 하고 접착이송부 상부에 폴리프로필렌수지를 시트상으로 공급하며 부직포시트(1)와 폴리프로필렌우븐의 외면을 가압 롤링하여 접착하여 부직포포대시트를 형성하는 접착과정(310), 접착이송되는 부직포포대시트에 고주파를 가하는 고주파처리과정(320), 부직포포대시트를 일정 텐션을 유지시키며 냉각하는 시트냉각과정(400), 부직포포대시트를 양측에서 접어 포대형상으로 접어 형성하는 포대절첩과정(500), 포대형상으로 접어진 부직포포대시트의 양단을 배접합하는 배접합과정(600), 배접합 형성된 부직포포대를 일정길이로 절단하는 포대절단과정(700) 및 포대의 일단을 재봉하는 재봉과정(800)으로 이루어지며;
상기 접착과정(310)에 폴리프로필렌수지가 고루게 도포 흡수되어 접착작용을 하게 부직포시트(1)와 폴리프로필렌우븐이 수직으로 맞닿아 이송되게 이루어진 폴리프로필렌우븐층(2)을 가지며;
상기 접착과정(310) 이전에 부직포의 접착면에 폴리프로필렌수지가 측면으로 유출되지 않고 고루게 도포되게 길이방향으로 연속되는 접착수지충진홈(1a)을 등 간격으로 가압형성하는 충진홈롤링성형과정(111)이 추가적으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌우븐층을 갖는 부직포포대 제조방법. - 삭제
