도 3은 도 2에 도시하는 세퍼레이터 튜브의 지관 부분의 정면도.
도 4는 도 2에 도시하는 세퍼레이터 튜브의 지관 부분을 더 확대하여 도시하는 종단면도.
도 5는 지관에 삽입되는 연결관의 변형예를 도시하는 지관 부분의 종단면도.
Claims (5)
- 상대 이동 가능한 두 부재 사이에 부착되는 완충기로서,
작동 유체가 봉입된 실린더와,
상기 실린더 내에 삽입된 피스톤과,
상기 피스톤에 연결되어 상기 실린더의 외부로 연장된 피스톤 로드와,
상기 실린더의 외주에 마련된 외통과,
상기 실린더의 외주 둘레에 마련되고, 상기 실린더 안과 연통하는 환형 통로를 상기 실린더와의 사이에 형성하는 원통형의 측벽을 갖는 세퍼레이터 튜브와,
상기 실린더와 상기 외통 사이의 상기 세퍼레이터 튜브의 외측에 형성되며 작동 유체 및 가스가 봉입된 리저버와,
상기 세퍼레이터 튜브의 원통형 측벽에 일체로 형성되고, 직경방향 외측으로 원통형으로 돌출되어 상기 환형 통로에 연통하는 통로를 형성하는 지관(枝管)과,
상기 외통의 외부에 배치되고, 상기 외통의 측벽에 개구된 유입구(24)에 부착되는 감쇠력 발생 기구와,
상기 감쇠력 발생 기구로부터 연장되고, 외주에 환형 시일이 마련되어 상기 지관 내에 끼워 맞춰지는 연결관
을 구비하며, 상기 지관은, 상기 세퍼레이터 튜브의 원통형 측벽에 드로잉 가공에 의해 형성되고,
기단에 형성되며 내주 및 외주가 만곡된 만곡부와,
상기 만곡부와 연속하여 선단측을 향해 형성되며 내경이 동일 직경으로 된 통부를 가지며,
상기 통부의 외경을 기단측으로부터 선단측을 향하는 방향으로 작게 하고,
상기 두 부재 사이에 부착된 상태에서, 상기 감쇠력 발생 기구로부터 상기 유입구를 통하여 상기 리저버 안 위쪽으로의 작동 유체의 흐름을 규제하는 격벽을 갖는 격벽 부재가 상기 리저버 내에 마련되며,
상기 격벽 부재는, 상기 지관의 외주에 삽입되는 개구부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 완충기. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지관의 만곡부의 두께(T1)를 상기 세퍼레이터 튜브의 두께(T0)와 동일하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 완충기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지관의 상기 통부의 선단측에는, 기단측보다 외경이 작아지는 비율이 작은 부분을 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 완충기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지관의 상기 통부의 선단측에는, 축방향을 따라 외경이 일정한 원통부를 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 완충기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 격벽 부재는, 와셔에 의해 상기 지관의 외주에 구속되고, 상기 와셔는, 방사상으로 연장되어 상기 원통부에 결합되는 복수의 클로부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 완충기.
