Abstract
Description
도 2는 세포용해 조성물 제조 후 1주 간격으로 pH 의 변화를 측정한 결과를 나타낸다.
도 3은 세포용해 조성물 제조 후 1주 간격으로 1.5ml 의 대장균으로 부터 plasmid DNA를 추출하여 전기영동한 결과를 나타낸다.
도 4는 각각의 조성물에 대한 전기영동 반응을 나타낸다.
도 5는 선별된 조성물이 시간의 경과에 따라 그 기능을 유지하는지 여부를 나타낸 결과이다.
도 6은 선별된 조성물이 시간의 경과에 따라 그 기능을 유지하는지 여부를 전기영동 실험 결과로 나타낸다.
도 7은 본 발명의 키트 및 종래의 시중구입가능한 키트를 사용하여 분리 및 정제된 플라스미드 DNA의 비교 아가로스 겔 사진이다.

Claims (3)
- 2M 내지 6M의 구아니딘 HCl, 2M 내지 6M의 구아니딘 SCN및 2M 내지 6M의 NaCl로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 캐오프로픽염; 0.5 중량% 내지 10 중량%의 비이온성 계면활성제; 10mM 내지 50mM의 PIPES; 0.1mM 내지 5mM의 EDTA; 0.2 중량% 내지 5 중량% 소듐 라우릴 살코실레이트를 포함하는 조성물에 1 중량%의 Monoethanolamine이 부가적으로 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산의 분리, 정제를 위한 세포용해 조성물
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 핵산의 분리, 정제를 위한 세포용해 조성물에는 1 내지 500 ㎍/ml의 RNase A가 부가적으로 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산의 분리, 정제를 위한 세포용해 조성물
