Claims (18)
- 환자의 근육 근막 구획 내의 압력을 측정하고 모니터링하는 시스템으로서,
상기 근육 근막 구획 내에 이식되어, 구획 내의 압력을 측정하도록 구성되는 MEMS(microelectromechanical system) 압력 센서;
상기 근육 근막 구획 외부에 배치되도록 구성되고, 환자의 피부와 접촉하며 환자의 피부를 통해 관통하도록 구성되는 테더에 의해 압력 센서에 전기적 및 물리적으로 연결된 RF 장치로서, 테더는 피부로부터 멀리 테더를 잡아당김으로써 근육 근막 구획으로부터 압력 센서의 제거를 허용하도록 구성되고, RF 장치는 또한 압력 센서로부터 센서 데이터를 수신하고, 센서 데이터를 송신하도록 구성되는, 상기 RF 장치;
접착 기재를 갖는 피부 패치로서, 상기 RF 장치는 피부 패치에 부착되고, 접착 기재는 환자의 피부에 피부 패치를 유지하도록 구성되는, 상기 피부 패치; 및
상기 RF 장치와 무선 통신하여, 상기 RF 장치로부터 수신된 센서 데이터를 수신, 처리 및 저장하는 수신기
를 포함하는, 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 RF 장치는 RF(radio frequency) 송신기를 포함하는, 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 RF 장치와 수신기 각각은 특정 RFID(radio-frequency identification) 칩을 갖는, 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 RF 장치는 RFID 칩 및 센서 인터페이스 장치를 포함하고, RFID 칩과 센서 인터페이스 장치는 SPI(serial peripheral interface)를 통해 연결되는, 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 센서 인터페이스 장치는 압력 센서로부터 수신된 센서 데이터를 처리하고, 처리된 데이터를 RFID 칩에 통신하도록 구성되는, 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 RFID 칩은 수신되어 처리된 데이터를 메모리에 저장하도록 구성되는, 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 근육 근막 구획 내에 이식되어 근육 근막 구획 내의 온도를 측정하도록 구성되는 온도 센서를 더 포함하고, 온도 센서는 상기 RF 장치에 전기적으로 연결되어 온도 데이터를 수신기에 송신하는, 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 근육 근막 구획 내에 이식되어 근육 근막 구획 내의 pH를 측정하도록 구성된 pH 센서를 더 포함하고, pH 센서는 상기 RF 장치에 전기적으로 연결되어 pH 데이터를 수신기에 송신하는, 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 MEMS 압력 센서는 환자의 다리의 근육 근막 구획에 이식되도록 구성되는, 시스템.
- 환자의 근육 근막 구획 내의 압력을 모니터링하는 시스템으로서,
상기 근육 근막 구획 내에 이식되어, 적어도 24시간 동안 근육 근막 구획 내의 압력을 연속으로 모니터링하도록 구성되는 이식 가능 MEMS(microelectromechanical system) 압력 센서;
상기 환자의 피부 상에 배치되도록 구성되는 패치;
상기 패치 내에 일체로 형성되는 압력 인터페이스로서, 압력 인터페이스는 환자의 피부와 접촉하며 환자의 피부를 통해 관통하도록 구성된 테더에 의해 MEMS 압력 센서에 연결되고, 테더는 환자의 피부로부터 멀리 테더를 잡아당김으로써 근육 근막 구획으로부터 압력 센서의 제거를 허용하도록 구성되는, 상기 압력 인터페이스;
상기 압력 인터페이스에 연결되는 RFID(radio-frequency identification) 칩; 및
상기 RFID 칩으로부터 압력 데이터를 수신하도록 구성되고, 시간의 흐름에 따른 압력 데이터의 추이를 기록 및 표시하도록 구성되는 무선 네트워크 장치
를 포함하는, 시스템. - 제10항에 있어서, 상기 RFID 칩은 제1 식별자를 갖고, 상기 무선 네트워크 장치는 제2 식별자를 갖는, 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 RFID 칩에서 압력 센서 데이터의 처리를 보정하도록 구성되는 온도 조절 회로를 더 포함하는, 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 무선 네트워크 장치는 압력 데이터가 미리 결정된 범위를 벗어나거나 압력 추이가 미리 정해진 압력을 상회하여 증가하는 방향으로 흐르는 압력을 나타내는 경우, 의료인에게 알리도록 구성되는, 시스템.
