Description
도 1은 관내의 공기 질량 유량계를 도시하며,
도 2는 공기 질량 유량계의 사시도를 도시하며,
도 3은 MEMS 기술을 사용하여 제조되는 센서 요소를 개략적으로 도시하며,
도 4는 하우징을 가지는 공기 질량 유량계를 도시하며,
도 5는 하우징 커버를 도시하며,
도 6은 하우징 본체를 도시하며,
도 7은 하우징 커버를 다시 도시한다.
Claims (8)
- 전기적으로 절연 효과를 갖는 플라스틱으로 제조된 하우징(17), 하우징(17)에 형성된 유동 채널(7)을 가지며, 그리고 하우징(17)에 배치되며 유동 채널(7) 내에서 유동하는 공기 질량(4)을 검출하며, MEMS 디자인으로 제작되는 센서 요소(3), 및 센서 요소(3)를 연결핀에 연결시키는, 하우징(17)에 배치되는 전도체 트랙을 가지는 공기 질량 유량계(1)에 있어서,
전체 하우징(17)이 플라스틱으로 구성되고 유동 채널(7)의 적어도 한 영역(9)은 정전기적으로 소산 특성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 질량 유량계(1). - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
유동 채널(7)의 전기적으로 소산 영역(9)이 전도성 폴리머를 가진 플라스틱, 전도성 섬유를 가진 플라스틱 및 전도성 카본블랙을 가진 플라스틱 중 적어도 어느 하나로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 질량 유량계(1). - 제1항에 있어서,
유동 채널(7)의 전기적으로 소산 영역(9)이 고정 전위에 전기적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 질량 유량계(1). - 제4항에 있어서,
고정 전위가 센서 접지(21)인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 질량 유량계(1). - 제1항에 있어서,
하우징(17)이 하우징 본체(18)와 하우징 커버(19)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 질량 유량계(1). - 제6항에 있어서,
유동 채널(7)의 전기적으로 소산 영역(9)이 하우징 본체(18) 내부 및 위 중 적어도 어느 하나에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 질량 유량계(1). - 제6항에 있어서,
유동 채널(7)의 전기적으로 소산 영역(9)이 하우징 커버(19) 내부 및 위 중 적어도 어느 하나에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 질량 유량계(1).
