- 전기 전도성 층(7) 위에, 상부 매칭 층(8)
을 포함하고,
- 하부 매칭 층(6), 상부 매칭 층(8), 또는 둘 모두는 층의 전체 단면에 균질하게 분포된 니오븀, 티타늄, 바륨, 마그네슘, 탄탈럼, 지르코늄, 토륨, 팔라듐, 백금 및 그의 합금으로 이루어진 군으로부터의 게터 물질(10)을 3 중량% 내지 10 중량%의 농도로 함유하고,

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 모든 전기 전도성 층(7)의 총 층 두께가 32 ㎚ 내지 75 ㎚인 투명 판유리.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 광학적 고굴절 물질 층(4)이 적어도 하나의 혼합된 규소/금속 질화물을 함유하고, 두 전기 전도성 층(7) 사이에 배열된 광학적 고굴절 물질 층(4)은 각각 35 ㎚ 내지 70 ㎚의 두께를 갖는 것인 투명 판유리.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 평활 층(5)이 적어도 하나의 비결정질의 혼합된 산화물인 투명 판유리.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전기 전도성 층(7)이 적어도 은 또는 은 함유 합금을 함유하는 것인 투명 판유리.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 하부 매칭 층(6), 상부 매칭 층(8), 또는 둘 모두가 아연 산화물 ZnO1-δ (여기서, 0 <δ< 0.01)을 함유하는 것인 투명 판유리.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 커버 층(9)이 가장 위에 있는 기능성 층(3) 위에 배열되는 것인 투명 판유리.

- 제7항에 있어서, 전기 전도성 층(7)이 8 nm 내지 25 nm의 두께를 갖는 것인 투명 판유리.

- 제25항에 있어서, 전기 전도성 코팅(2)을 적어도 2개의 버스바(12)에 연결하고, 투명 기판(1) 및 제2 판유리(11)를 500℃ 내지 700℃의 온도로 가열하고, 투명 기판(1) 및 제2 판유리(11)를 라미네이팅 필름(16)에 합치되도록 결합시키는 것인 방법.
- 건물에서의 또는 육상, 공중 또는 수상 이동을 위한 수송 수단에서의 판유리로서의 또는 판유리의 구성요소로서의, 앞유리창, 뒤쪽 창문, 옆쪽 창문 또는 지붕 판유리로서의, 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 투명 판유리.
