Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- a) (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체 혼합물을 0.1 내지 25%의 전환률로 부분적으로 중합하여 Mw가 300,000 내지 3,000,000인 고 Mw 공중합체 용질, 및 미반응 단량체 용매를 포함하는 제1 공중합체 시럽을 생성하는 단계,
b) 상기 제1 시럽에 사슬 전달제 및 개시제를 첨가하고 0.1 내지 30%의 전환률로 부분적으로 중합하여, 상기 고 Mw 공중합체 용질, Mw가 300 내지 300,000인 저 Mw 공중합체 용질 및 미반응 단량체 용매를 포함하는 제2 중합체 시럽을 생성하는 단계; 및
c) 상기 사슬 전달제를 켄칭(quenching)하고, 가교결합제, 광개시제, 및 선택적인 점착부여제를 상기 제2 중합체 시럽에 첨가하여 예비-접착제 조성물을 생성하는 단계; 및
d) 상기 예비-접착제 조성물을 광중합하여 접착제 공중합체를 생성하는 단계
를 포함하는 아크릴 접착제 공중합체의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체 혼합물이
i) 50 내지 99.9 중량부의 (메트)아크릴레이트 에스테르 단량체;
ii) 0.1 내지 15 중량부의 아크릴산 단량체; 및
iii) 0 내지 50 중량부의 (다른) 극성 단량체
를 포함하고,
단계 d)의 상기 접착제 공중합체가 5 내지 20 중량%의 고 Mw 공중합체, 5 내지 30 중량%의 저 Mw 공중합체, 및 50 내지 90 중량%의 가교결합된 아크릴레이트 공중합체를 포함하는, 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가교결합제가 다작용성 아크릴레이트이고, 상기 다작용성 아크릴레이트는 다이아크릴레이트, 트라이아크릴레이트 및 테트라아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가교결합제가 할로트라이아진인, 방법.
