Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- (a) 하나 이상의 폴리에스테르 폴리올 중간체를, (b) 하나 이상의 디이소시아네이트 및 (c) 하나 이상의 사슬 연장제와 반응시킴으로써 제조된 정전기 소산성 열가소성 폴리우레탄 조성물로서, 상기 조성물이 정전기 소산(electrostatic dissipation)을 위한 유효량의 금속 함유 염을 추가로 포함하고, 상기 (a) 폴리에스테르 폴리올 중간체가 하나 이상의 디알킬렌 글리콜 및 하나 이상의 디카르복실산, 또는 이들의 에스테르 또는 무수물로부터 유래된 중간체를 포함하며, 상기 조성물이 하기 특징들 중 하나 이상을 지니는, 정전기 소산성 열가소성 폴리우레탄 조성물:
(i) ASTM D-2240으로 측정했을 때 60 이상의 쇼어 A 단위의 경도,
(ii) ASTM D-412로 측정했을 때 10 MPa 이상의 인장 강도 및 300% 초과의 최대 신장율,
(iii) 다이 C를 이용하여 ASTM D-624로 측정했을 때, 5 kg/mm 이상의 그레이브즈 인열 값(Graves tear value),
(iv) ASTM D-3389로 측정했을 때, 1000회 회전당 100 mg 미만의 테바 손실(taber loss),
(v) 190℃의 배럴 온도 및 3.8 kg 피스톤 하중에서 ASTM D-1238 절차 A에 의해 측정했을 때, 50 미만의 용융흐름지수. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 디카르복실산이 4개 내지 15개의 탄소 원자를 함유하며, 상기 디알킬렌 글리콜이 2개 내지 8개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 디카르복실산이 숙신산, 글루타르산, 아디프산, 피멜산, 수베르산, 아젤라산, 세박산, 도데칸디오산, 이소프탈산, 테레프탈산, 시클로헥산 디카르복실산, 또는 이들의 조합물을 포함하며,
상기 디알킬렌 글리콜이 옥시디메탄올, 디에틸렌 글리콜, 디프로필렌 글리콜, 3,3-옥시디프로판-1-올, 디부틸렌 글리콜 또는 이들의 조합물을 포함하는 조성물. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 디이소시아네이트가 4,4'-메틸렌비스-(페닐 이소시아네이트); 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트; 3,3'-디메틸바이페닐-4,4'-디이소시아네이트; m-자일릴렌 디이소시아네이트; 페닐렌-1,4-디이소시아네이트; 나프탈렌-1,5-디이소시아네이트; 디페닐메탄-3,3'-디메톡시-4,4'-디이소시아네이트; 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트; 이소포론 디이소시아네이트; 1,4-시클로헥실 디이소시아네이트; 데칸-1,10-디이소시아네이트; 디시클로헥실메탄-4,4'-디이소시아네이트; 또는 이들의 조합물을 포함하며,
상기 (c) 사슬 연장제가 에틸렌 글리콜; 디에틸렌 글리콜; 프로필렌 글리콜; 디프로필렌 글리콜; 1,4-부탄디올; 1,6-헥산디올; 1,3-부탄디올; 1,5-펜탄디올; 1,4-시클로헥산-디메탄올; 하이드로퀴논 디(하이드록시에틸)에테르; 네오펜틸글리콜; 1,4-비스(2-하이드록시에톡시)벤젠; 또는 이들의 조합물을 포함하는 조성물. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 폴리에스테르 폴리올 중간체가 폴리(디에틸렌 글리콜 아디페이트)를 포함하며, 상기 (b) 디이소시아네이트가 4,4'-메틸렌비스-(페닐 이소시아네이트)를 포함하며, 상기 (c) 사슬 연장제가 부탄디올, 하이드로퀴논 디(하이드록시에틸)에테르, 또는 이들의 조합물을 포함하는 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 함유 염이 리튬 함유 염을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 하기 특징들 중 하나 이상을 지니는 조성물:
(i) 상기 조성물은 ASTM D-257로 측정했을 때, 1.0×1013 ohm/square 미만의 표면 비저항 및 1.0×1012 ohm-센티미터 미만의 체적 비저항을 가짐; 및
(ii) 상기 조성물은 대전판 모니터를 이용하여 50% 상대 습도에서 측정했을 때 1000V에서 100V로 0.1초 미만의 정전기 감쇠율을 가지며, 상기 조성물은 FTMS 101C에 의해 12% 상대 습도에서 측정했을 때, 5000V에서 50V로, 또는 -5000V에서 -50V로 0.1초 미만의 정전기 감쇠율을 가짐. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 60,000 이상의 중량평균분자량을 지니는 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 폴리에스테르 폴리올 성분에 폴리에테르 폴리올이 존재하지 않는 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 베이스 폴리머(base polymer)를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 폴리머가 폴리올레핀; 스티렌(styrenic); 열가소성 폴리우레탄, 폴리아미드; 아크릴 폴리머; 폴리비닐클로라이드, 염소화된 폴리비닐클로라이드; 폴리옥시메틸렌; 폴리에스테르; 폴리카보네이트; 폴리페닐렌 옥사이드; 폴리페닐렌 설파이드; 또는 이들의 조합물을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 따른 정전기 소산성 열가소성 폴리우레탄 조성물을 제조하는 방법으로서, 상기 방법이 (a) 하나 이상의 폴리에스테르 중간체를 (b) 하나 이상의 디이소시아네이트 및 (c) 하나 이상의 사슬 연장제와 반응시켜 열가소성 폴리우레탄을 제조한 다음, 열가소성 폴리우레탄을 유효량의 금속 함유 염으로 도핑하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 (a) 폴리에스테르 중간체가 하나 이상의 디알킬렌 글리콜 및 하나 이상의 디카르복실산, 또는 이들의 에스테르 또는 무수물로부터 유래된 것인, 정전기 소산성 열가소성 폴리우레탄 조성물을 제조하는 방법.

- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 성형물이 ESD 민감성 반도체 및 전자 부품용 패키징 재료; 청정실 장비 및 어플리케이션(application)을 위한 내구성 부품 또는 소비성 부품; 청정실 및 데이타센터용 건축재료; 섬유; 라미네이팅된 시트; 컨베이어 벨트; 약품; 의료 장치; 전자 부품; 리튬-이온 배터리의 구성에서 사용하기 위한 분리막; 리튬-폴리머 배터리 및 연료 전지의 구성에서 사용하기 위한 폴리머 전해질 막; 또는 이들의 조합물을 포함하는 폴리머 성형물.
