Claims (19)
- 하기 일반식의 혼합된 이트륨-가돌리늄 오르토-코발테이트 옥사이드 시스템을 기반으로 한 안정한 단일 상 옥사이드를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 촉매의 촉매 활성 성분:
Y1- XGdXCo1 - YMYO3
상기 식에서, 1>X>0이고, 0≤Y<1이며, M은 망간, 철, 크롬, 바나듐 및 티탄, 알루미늄, 전이금속, 또는 알칼리토금속으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 금속이다. - 제 1항에 있어서, 옥사이드 상이 일반식 Y1- XGdXCo03을 지니며, 여기서, 1>X>0임을 특징으로 하는 촉매 활성 성분.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 옥사이드 상이 일반식 Y0.75Gd0.25CoO3, Y0.5Gd0.5Co03, 또는 Y0.25Gd0.75Co03을 지님을 특징으로 하는 촉매 활성 성분.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 옥사이드 상이 일반식 Y1- XGdXCo1 - YMnYO3을 지니며, 여기서, 1>X>0이고, 0<Y<1임을 특징으로 하는 촉매 활성 성분.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 옥사이드 상이 일반식 Y0. 25Gd0 . 75Co0 . 9Mn0 . 1O3, Y0.25Gd0.75Co0.8Mn0.2O3 또는 Y0. 25Gd0 . 75Co0 . 7Mn0 . 3O3을 지님을 특징으로 하는 촉매 활성 성분.
- 내화성 지지체 상(refractory support phase)과 촉매 활성 단일 상 옥사이드를 지니는 특별히 암모니아 또는 탄화수소의 산화를 위한 촉매로서, 옥사이드 상이 하기 일반식의 혼합된 이트륨-가돌리늄 오르토-코발테이트 옥사이드 시스템을 기반으로 한 안정한 단일 상 옥사이드를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 촉매:

상기 식에서, 1>X>0이고, 0≤Y<1이며, M은 망간, 철, 크롬, 바나듐 및 티탄, 알루미늄, 전이금속, 또는 알칼리토금속으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 금속이다. - 제 6항에 있어서, 옥사이드 상이 일반식 Y1- XGdXCo03을 지니며, 여기서, 1>X>0임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 옥사이드 상이 일반식 Y0.75Gd0.25CoO3, Y0.5Gd0.5Co03, 또는 Y0.25Gd0.75Co03을 지님을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 옥사이드 상이 일반식 Y1- XGdXCo1 - YMnYO3을 지니며, 여기서, 1>X>0이고, 0<Y<1임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 옥사이드 상이 일반식 Y0.25Gd0.75Co0.9Mn0.1O3, Y0.25Gd0.75Co0.8Mn0.2O3 또는 Y0.25Gd0.75Co0.7Mn0.3O3을 지님을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 6항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내화성 지지체 상이 세륨 디옥사이드(cerium dioxide), 지르코늄 디옥사이드(zirconium dioxide), 알루미나, 이트륨 옥사이드(yttrium oxide), 또는 가돌리늄 옥사이드(gadolinium oxide), 또는 이들 내화성 옥사이드들의 혼합된 옥사이드, 또는 실리콘 카바이드(silicon carbide), 또는 소듐 지르코늄 포스페이트 유형 상을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 산화 반응을 포함하는 방법으로서, 산화 반응이 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 성분을 포함하는 촉매의 존재하에 수행됨을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 오스트발트 공정(Ostwald process)에서의 암모니아의 산화를 위한 방법으로서, 암모니아와 산소를 포함하는 가스 배합물이 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 성분을 포함하는 촉매의 존재하에 전환됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 촉매가 90%를 초과하는 NOx(NO + N02)에 대한 선택성 및 <0.05%의 N2O에 대한 선택성을 지님을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- CO2로의 탄화수소의 완전한 산화를 위한 방법으로서, 산화가 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 성분을 포함하는 촉매의 존재하에 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 산화가 600℃ 미만의 온도에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 차량 배기가스로부터의 탄화수소 방출을 줄이기 위해 사용되는 촉매.
- 제 6항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, CO2로의 탄화수소의 완전한 산화를 위해 사용되는 촉매.
- 제 6항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 암모니아의 선택적 산화를 위해 사용되는 촉매.
