Claims (9)
- (A) 입자크기가 0.1 ~ 0.8 ㎛인 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌(PTFE)의 불소수지가 물에 55 ~ 65 중량% 농도로 분산된 불소수지 수분산액;
(B) SO3 음이온이 결합된 자기 유화형 우레탄 수지가 물에 30 ~ 34 중량% 농도로 분산된 우레탄수지 수분산액;
(C) 폴리에틸렌글리콜형 비이온성 계면활성제 ; 및
(D) 물 분산매; 를 포함하는 고체 윤활제이며,
상기 고체 윤활제에는 (A)고형분의 불소수지 18 ~ 28 중량%, (B)고형분의 우레탄수지 0.8 ~ 1.5 중량%가 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소음저감(NVH) 효능을 가지는 수성(Water-based) 고체 윤활제.

상기 고체 윤활제에는 (C)비이온성 계면활성제가 0.5 ~ 2 중량% 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 소음저감(NVH) 효능을 가지는 수성(Water-based) 고체 윤활제.

상기 고체 윤활제에는 물이 70 ~ 80 중량% 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 소음저감(NVH) 효능을 가지는 수성(Water-based) 고체 윤활제.
