도 2는 본 발명에 따른 디폼 게이지와 SAW 센서의 작용 설명도,

도 4는 본 발명에 따라 접지 면적을 연산하는 설명도,
도 5는 본 발명에 따라 타이어에 작용하는 수직 분력을 연산하는 설명도이다.

Claims (7)
- 타이어의 내부에 설치되어 타이어의 접지 길이를 감지하고, 그 감지신호를 송신하는 센서 모듈과,
상기 센서 모듈로부터 상기 감지신호를 수신 받아 상기 접지 길이를 연산하고, 상기 연산된 접지 길이에 상기 타이어의 트레드 폭과 내부 압력을 곱하여 상기 타이어에 작용하는 수직 분력을 연산하는 전자제어유니트를 구비하고,
상기 센서모듈이 타이어의 노면 접지로 인해 변형되는 시점과 노면을 벗어나서 벗어나서 변형이 완료되는 시점에서 각각의 신호를 상기 전자제어유니트로 송출하고, 상기 전자제어유니트는 각 시점 사이의 시간을 감지하여 접지길이를 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 작용력 계측 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 센서 모듈은 상기 타이어의 내부에 부착되어 상기 타이어의 변형에 따라 정전용량을 변화시키는 디폼게이지와, 이 디폼게이지로부터 정전용량의 변화를 감지하여 표면탄성파를 발생시켜 송신하는 SAW 소자를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 작용력 계측 시스템.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 센서 모듈은 상기 타이어의 내측 고무 원주면에 하나 혹은 그 이상의 개수로 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 작용력 계측 시스템.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 전자제어유니트는 상기 SAW 소자에 호출 신호를 송신하는 SAW 리더를 구비하고, 상기 SAW 소자는 상기 SAW 리더와 신호를 송신 및 수신하는 안테나를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 작용력 계측 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 전자제어유니트는 차량의 다른 전자제어시스템에 상기 연산된 수직 분력을 신호로 송신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 작용력 계측 시스템.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 디폼게이지는 상기 타이어의 접지에 따른 변형에 상응하여 정전용량을 가변시키도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 작용력 계측 시스템.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 SAW 소자는 전기적 에너지와 기계적 에너지를 상호 변환시키는 리플렉터 IDT를 구비하고, 상기 디폼게이지가 정전용량의 변화를 상기 리플렉터 IDT에 인가하도록 상기 리플렉터 IDT에 접속된 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 작용력 계측 시스템.
