Claims (12)
- 다중 안테나 시스템에서 복수의 패킷을 부호화하는 장치에 있어서,
상기 복수의 패킷의 평균 전송 용량(average throughput)이 최대가 되고, 시스템의 복잡도가 상기 패킷의 개수와 시공간 부호의 수를 곱한 값이 되도록 상기 복수의 패킷에 대해서 마지막 패킷부터 첫 번째 패킷까지 후순위 패킷부터 순차적으로 상기 패킷의 상기 시공간 부호를 결정하는 프로세서; 및
상기 복수의 패킷을 안테나로 전송하는 전송부를 포함하는
패킷 부호화 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 평균 전송 용량은 각각의 패킷의 데이터 전송률 및 패킷 에러율을 이용하여 표현되는
패킷 부호화 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 시공간 부호는 다중 안테나의 무선 통신시스템에 연관되는
패킷 부호화 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 패킷은 계층적 멀티미디어 소스에 연관되는
패킷 부호화 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 패킷은 스케일러블 비디오(scalable video) 또는 프로그레시브 이미지(progressive image)에 연관되는
패킷 부호화 장치.
- 다중 안테나 시스템에서 복수의 패킷을 부호화하는 방법에 있어서,
상기 복수의 패킷의 평균 전송 용량(average throughput)이 최대가 되고, 시스템의 복잡도가 상기 패킷의 개수와 시공간 부호의 수를 곱한 값이 되도록 상기 복수의 패킷에 대해서 마지막 패킷부터 첫 번째 패킷까지 후순위 패킷부터 순차적으로 상기 시공간 부호를 결정하는 단계; 및
상기 복수의 패킷을 안테나로 전송하는 단계를 포함하는
패킷 부호화 방법.
- 삭제
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 평균 전송 용량은 각각의 패킷의 데이터 전송률 및 패킷 에러율을 이용하여 표현되는 단계를 더 포함하는
패킷 부호화 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 시공간 부호는 다중 안테나 무선 통신시스템에 연관되는 단계를 더 포함하는
패킷 부호화 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 패킷은 계층적 멀티미디어 소스에 연관되는
패킷 부호화 방법.
- 제7항, 제9항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항의 패킷 부호화 방법을 수행하는 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터 판독 가능 기록 매체.
