- 아크릴 변성 염소화 폴리올레핀 수지의 공중합체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
a) 염소화 폴리올레핀 수지 고형분 총 100 중량%를 기준으로 아민가 5 내지 70 mg KOH/g가 되도록, 염소화 폴리올레핀 수지를 말단에 3급 아미노기를 갖는 아크릴 모노머와 반응시켜, 하기 화학 구조를 하나 이상 포함하는 아크릴 변성 염소화 폴리올레핀 수지를 합성하는 단계:
(상기 화학 구조에서 R2는 말단 3급 아미노기를 갖는 알킬기이다); 및
b) 상기 아크릴 변성 염소화 폴리올레핀 수지와 클로라이드 화합물을 반응시켜, 클로라이드 화합물이 염으로 도입된 아크릴 변성 염소화 폴리올레핀 수지를 합성하는 단계를 포함하는 공중합체 제조방법. - 제3항에 있어서, 상기 3급 아미노기는 아마이드기를 포함하지 않는, 공중합체 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, b) 단계에서 아크릴 변성 염소화 폴리올레핀 수지 고형분 총 100 중량%를 기준으로 클로라이드 화합물 1 내지 10 중량%를 반응시키는, 공중합체 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 말단에 3급 아미노기를 갖는 아크릴 모노머는 아크릴레이트계 모노머 또는 메타크릴레이트계 모노머인, 공중합체 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 클로라이드 화합물은 분자량 500 이하의 지방족계 클로라이드 화합물 또는 방향족계 클로라이드 화합물인, 공중합체 제조방법.
