- 지글러-나타 촉매 및 두 개 이상의 반응기를 사용하는 멀티모달 공정으로 제조된 중공성형용 폴리에틸렌 수지이고,
상기 폴리에틸렌 수지는 중량평균분자량이 350,000~400,000g/mol이고, 분자량 분포가 12~25이고, 밀도가 0.954~0.960g/㎤이고, 용융지수(ASTM D1238, 190℃, 2.16kgf)가 0.10~0.16g/10min로서,
상기 폴리에틸렌 수지는 인장강도(ASTM D638)가 250kgf/㎠ 이상이고, 굴곡탄성율(ASTM D790)이 10,000kgf/㎠ 이상이고, 아이조드 충격강도(ASTM D256, 23℃)가 20kgf·cm/cm 이상이고, 내환경응력균열저항성(ESCR)이 400시간 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 중공성형용 폴리에틸렌 수지. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에틸렌 수지는 체적 10~30ℓ의 중형 용기 제조에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공성형용 폴리에틸렌 수지.
