Description
도 1a, 1b, 1c는 본 발명에 따른 방법의 제1실시예에서 안경 렌즈를 성형하는 동안 여러 연속적인 단계들의 안경 렌즈를 도시한 개략적인 단면도;
도 2a, 2b, 2c는 본 발명에 따른 방법의 제2실시예에서 안경 렌즈를 성형하는 동안 여러 연속적인 단계들의 안경 렌즈를 도시한 개략적인 단면도;
도 3은 도 1b에 도시된 렌즈를 도시한 개략적인 평면도;
도 4는 본 발명의 방법을 실시하는데 사용된 엣지 가공 장치를 도시한 개략적인 사시도.
Claims (12)
- 목표 윤곽(E; F)을 구비하도록 안경 렌즈(10; 20)를 성형하는 방법으로서,
렌즈(10; 20)는 2개의 주요 광학 작용 면들을 구비하고, 첫째로 제1재료로 구성되고 렌즈(10; 20)의 2개의 주요 면들과 대응되는 2개의 주요 면들(15, 16; 25, 26)을 구비한 기판(11; 21), 및 둘째로 상기 기판(11; 21)과 구별되는 재료로 구성된 적어도 하나의 코팅 필름(12; 22)을 포함하고, 상기 코팅 필름(12; 22)은 기판(11; 21)의 주요 면들(15, 16; 25, 26)의 적어도 하나에 미리 고정되고,
a) 제1공구(30; 40)를 이용하여 적어도 기판(11; 21)에 미리 고정된 코팅 필름(12; 22)의 두께 이상으로 렌즈를 가공하여 렌즈(10; 20)를 절삭하는 단계;
b) 코팅 필름(12; 22)의 작용 중심부(12A; 22A)를 가공하지 않고, 상기 목표 윤곽을 따라 제1공구(30; 40)와 구별되는 제2공구(31; 41)로 가공하여 기판(11; 21)의 엣지 면을 다듬는 단계; 및
c) 코팅 필름(12; 22)의 작용 중심부(12A; 22A)를 제외하고 가공하여 기판(11; 21)의 엣지 면을 마무리 가공하는 적어도 하나의 이어지는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 절삭은 상기 목표 윤곽(E; F)의 함수에 따라 폐쇄적으로 결정된 감소 윤곽(C; D)을 구비한 코팅 필름(12; 22)의 작용 중심부(12A; 22A)를 내부에 규정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
단계 c) 동안, 렌즈(10; 20)의 기판(11; 21)에 개선 및/또는 홈 및/또는 모따기 작업들이 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
단계 a)와 단계 b)는 어떤 순서로든지 한 단계가 다른 단계 이후에 연속적으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
단계 a)와 단계 b)는 적어도 부분적으로 동시에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
단계 a)는 커터를 통해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
단계 a)는 샤프 포인트를 통해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
단계 b)는 그라인드휠을 통해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
단계 a) 동안, 렌즈(10; 20)의 상기 기판(11; 21)은 기판 두께의 적어도 일부가 가공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,
단계 a) 동안, 렌즈의 기판(11)은 상기 기판(11)의 전체 두께의 30%보다 작거나 같은 기판 두께의 일부가 가공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

단계 a) 동안, 코팅 필름(12; 22) 및 기판(11; 21)의 적어도 일부는 비스듬하게 절삭되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 비스듬한 절삭은 코팅 필름(22) 및 기판(21)의 전체 두께에 걸쳐 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
렌즈의 코팅 필름(12; 22) 및 기판(11; 21)은, 코팅 필름(12; 22)의 작용 중심부(12A; 22A)의 윤곽(C; D)의 적어도 80%가 코팅 필름(12; 22)이 1mm 이내로 고정되어 있는 렌즈(10; 20) 면의 엣지로부터 이격되도록 절삭되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
