Abstract
본 발명에 의한 연약지반 개량용 결합재는 고로수쇄 슬래그 100중량부에 대하여, 순환 유동층 보일러의 탈황공정 중에 생성되며 CaO 함량이 50~75중량%이고 SO3 함량이 15~40중량%인 석유 코크스 연소재 5~500중량부와, 팜커널껍질(Palm Kernel Shell)과 석탄 혼소 발전 시스템에서 배출되며 CaO 함량이 10~30중량%이고 SO3 함량이 1~15중량%인 팜커널껍질 연소재 5~500중량부를 포함한다.

Claims (3)
- 고로수쇄 슬래그 100중량부에 대하여,
순환 유동층 보일러의 탈황공정 중에 배출되며 CaO 함량이 50~75중량%이고 SO3 함량이 15~40중량%인 석유 코크스 연소재 5~500중량부와,
팜커널껍질(Palm Kernel Shell)과 석탄 혼소 발전 시스템에서 배출되며 CaO 함량이 10~30중량%이고 SO3 함량이 1~15중량%인 팜커널껍질 연소재 5~500중량부를 포함하며,
상기 석유 코크스 연소재와 상기 팜커널껍질 연소재는 상기 고로수쇄 슬래그의 산성피막을 알칼리 및 황산염 자극하여 잠재수경성을 발휘시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 연약지반 개량용 결합재 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고로수쇄 슬래그 100중량부에 대하여, 시멘트를 0.5~100중량부 더 포함하며,
상기 시멘트는 1종 시멘트, 3종 시멘트, 초조강 시멘트, CSA(Calcium Sulfur Aluminate), 고로슬래그 시멘트 및 플라이애시 시멘트 중 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 연약지반 개량용 결합재 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고로수쇄 슬래그의 수화반응을 촉진시키기 위하여 상기 고로수쇄 슬래그 100중량부에 대하여, 자극제를 0.5~50중량부를 더 포함하며,
상기 자극제는 제철공장의 탈황 및 탈인공정에서 배출되는 부산 소석회, 공업용 소석회, 천연 무수석고로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 혼합물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 연약지반 개량용 결합재 조성물.
