Abstract
본 구조는, 프레임에 대향하여 배치된 지지부와, 지지부 사이에 배치된 피구동체와, 피구동체를 유지시키며 회동축이 되는 샤프트와, 샤프트에 연결된 로터리 액추에이터로 이루어지며, 샤프트는, 일단부를 일방의 지지부에 의해 회동가능하게 지지하는 동시에, 타단부를 대향측의 프레임에 관통 연장시켜 로터리 액추에이터와 연결하여 지지한다. 샤프트와 로터리 액추에이터의 연결은, 샤프트의 타단부를 로터리 액추에이터의 출력축에 형성된 관형상 오목부에 끼움결합함으로써 행한다. 로터리 액추에이터와 프레임의 고정은, 로터리 액추에이터에 형성된 회동 방향으로의 완충을 구비한 돌기체를, 프레임에 개방 형성된 걸림결합구에 대해 끼움결합함으로써 행한다.

Claims (5)
- 프레임에 대향하여 배치된 지지부와,
상기 지지부 사이에 배치된 피(被)구동체와,
상기 피구동체를 유지시키는 동시에 그 회동축이 되는 샤프트(shaft)와,
상기 샤프트에 연결된 로터리 액추에이터(rotary actuator)
로 이루어지며,
상기 샤프트를, 상기 샤프트의 일단부를 한쪽의 지지부에 의해 회동가능하게 지지하는 동시에, 상기 샤프트의 타단부를 대향측의 프레임에 형성된 관통구로부터 소정의 간극을 가지고 관통연장시킨 상태로 배치하고, 또한, 상기 타단부를 로터리 액추에이터의 출력축에 형성된 관형상 오목부에 내부끼움 상태로 끼워넣는 동시에, 상기 관통구에 내부끼움 상태로 끼움결합하는 돌출부를 상기 출력축의 외주부에 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는,
로터리 액추에이터와 피구동체의 연결 구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
프레임에 대해 로터리 액추에이터를 설치함에 있어서,
로터리 액추에이터 또는 프레임 중 어느 하나에 형성된 돌기체와, 로터리 액추에이터 또는 프레임 중 어느 하나에 개방 형성된 걸림결합구가 끼움결합하는 구성으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는,
로터리 액추에이터와 피구동체의 연결 구조. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 돌기체와 상기 걸림결합구 간의 끼움결합이, 완충수단을 개재시킨 끼움결합인 것을 특징으로 하는,
로터리 액추에이터와 피구동체의 연결 구조. - 삭제
