Description
도 1a 및 1b는 두 개의 블랭크를 연결하는 제 1 예시를 개략적으로 도시하고;

도 3은 두 개의 블랭크를 연결하는 또 다른 예를 개략적으로 도시하고;
도 4는 두 개의 블랭크의 또 다른 예를 개략적으로 도시하며; 그리고
도 5는 여기 설명된 연결의 방법을 사용하여 제조된 테스트 시료의 응력-변형 곡선이다.
Claims (14)
- 제 1 블랭크(A) 및 제 2 블랭크(B)를 연결하기 위한 방법으로서,
상기 제 1 블랭크(A) 및 상기 제 2 블랭크(B)는 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금의 레이어(layer)를 포함하는 코팅(2)을 갖는 22MnB5 스틸 기판(1)을 포함하고,
상기 방법은,
-상기 제 2 블랭크(B)에 연결될 상기 제 1 블랭크(A)의 제 1 부분(A1)을 선택하고, 상기 제 1 부분(A1)에 연결될 상기 제 2 블랭크(B)의 제 2 부분(B2)을 선택하는 단계,
-상기 제 1 부분(A1)을 상기 제 2 부분(B2)에 트윈 스팟 용접하면서, 용접 영역(10)에 금속 분말을 공급하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 제 1 블랭크(A) 및 제 2 블랭크(B)의 상기 제 1 부분(A1) 및 상기 제 2 부분(B2) 및 상기 용접 영역(10)에 상기 금속 분말이 용접 동안 용융되고 상기 금속 분말이 상기 용융된 제 1 부분(A1) 및 제 2 부분(B2)과 혼합되고, 그리고 상기 금속 분말은 감마생성 성분을 포함하는 철 기반 분말이며,
상기 철 기반 분말은 0-0.03중량%의 탄소, 2.0-3.0중량%의 몰리브덴, 10-14중량%의 니켈, 1.0-2.0중량%의 망간, 16-18중량%의 크롬, 0.0-1.0중량%의 실리콘, 및 나머지 철 및 불가피한 불순물로 조성물을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 블랭크와 블랭크를 연결하는 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 트윈 스팟 용접은 수직 트윈 스팟 용접을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 블랭크와 블랭크를 연결하는 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 트윈 스팟 용접은 평행한 트윈 스팟 용접을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 블랭크와 블랭크를 연결하는 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 분말의 입자 크기는 20미크론 내지 180미크론 또는 20미크론 내지 125미크론인 것을 특징으로 하는 블랭크와 블랭크를 연결하는 방법. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 분말의 평균 입자 크기는 50미크론 내지 80미크론인 것을 특징으로 하는 블랭크와 블랭크를 연결하는 방법. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 트윈 스팟 용접은 3kW 내지 16kW 또는 4 내지 10kW의 파워를 갖는 레이저를 사용하는 용접을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 블랭크와 블랭크를 연결하는 방법. - 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 트윈 스팟 용접은 Nd:YAG 레이저를 갖는 용접을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 블랭크와 블랭크를 연결하는 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 용접 영역(10)에 상기 금속 분말을 공급하는 단계는 상기 용접 영역(10)에 기체-분말 유동을 공급하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 블랭크와 블랭크를 연결하는 방법. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 기체-분말 유동을 공급하는 단계는 상기 제 1 부분(A1)에 대해서, 15° 내지 60°의 각 또는 30° 내지 45°의 각에서 상기 기체-분말 유동을 공급하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 블랭크와 블랭크를 연결하는 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 블랭크(A) 및 제 2 블랭크(B)는 버트-연결되고, 상기 제 1 부분(A1)은 상기 제 1 블랭크(A)의 에지이고 상기 제 2 부분(B2)은 상기 제 2 블랭크(B)의 에지인 것을 특징으로 하는 블랭크와 블랭크를 연결하는 방법. - 삭제
