Claims (15)
- 코팅용액이 저장되는 저장용기;
코팅 대상물에 증착되는 미립자를 발생하도록 상기 저장용기의 코팅용액에 침지되어 코팅용액을 국부적으로 가열하는 가열수단; 및,
상기 가열수단이 코팅용액에 침지된 상태에서 상기 가열수단을 이동시켜 코팅용액을 교반하는 교반수단;을 포함하고,
상기 가열수단은,
코팅용액에 침지되는 전열관; 및
상기 전열관의 내부에 배치되고, 외부로부터 전기를 공급받아 열을 발생하는 전열선;
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 발생장치.

코팅 대상물에 미립자를 분사하여 코팅 대상물을 코팅하는 분사노즐; 및
상기 미립자 발생장치와 상기 분사노즐 간을 연결하고, 상기 미립자 발생장치에서 생성된 미립자를 상기 분사노즐에 공급하는 미립자 공급관;
