Claims (15)
- 티타니아 지지체에 철 산화물이 담지된 촉매로, 비표면적이 70 내지 300 m2/g인, 철 산화물의 순차적인 환원반응 및 산화반응이 각각 분리되어 수행되는 매체순환 반응에 의하여 C1-4 파라핀과 이산화탄소로부터 올레핀 및 일산화탄소를 제조하기 위한 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 매체순환 반응은 철 산화물이 철로 환원되면서 C1-4 파라핀을 올레핀으로 산화시키는 제1반응과 상기 환원된 철이 철 산화물로 산화되면서 이산화탄소를 일산화탄소로 환원시키는 제2반응을 포함하는 것이 특징인 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 철 산화물의 순차적인 산화반응 및 환원반응이 동일한 반응기 내에서 기체 분위기를 변경하여 수행되는 것이 특징인 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 매체순환 반응이 반복되는 것이 특징인 촉매.

구조 유도 물질인 세틸트리메틸암모늄 브로마이드(CTAB), 테트라에틸암모늄 하이드록사이드(TEAOH), 디에틸아민(DEA), 트리에틸아민(TEA), 몰포린(morpholine), 디프로필아민, 이소프로필아민(IPA), 디에탄올아민(DEtA) 또는 이의 혼합물과 티타니아 전구체를 포함하는 혼합 용액을 준비하는 단계(단계 1);
상기 혼합 용액을 숙성한 후 수열합성하여 티타니아 지지체를 제조하는 단계(단계 2);
상기 티타니아 지지체에 철 전구체를 담지하는 단계(단계 3); 및
상기 철 전구체가 담지된 티타니아 지지체를 산화 분위기 하에서 열처리하는 단계(단계 4).
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 단계 2 이후 티타니아 지지체를 건조 및 열처리하는 단계(단계 2-1)를 추가로 포함하는 것이 특징인 방법.

- 제9항에 있어서, 티타니아 전구체는 티타늄 이소프로폭사이드, 티타늄 테트라이소프로폭사이드, 티타늄 에톡사이드, 티타늄 부톡사이드, 사염화티탄, 황산티탄 또는 이의 혼합물인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 산화 분위기는 산소 함유 기체 분위기인 것이 특징인 방법.
- i) 제1항 내지 제4항 및 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 촉매를 매체순환 반응기에 적용하는 단계;
ii) 상기 반응기에 C1-4 파라핀 함유 가스를 공급하여 상기 촉매에 의한 C1-4 파라핀의 산화반응을 수행하여 올레핀을 제조하는 단계;
iii) 상기 단계 ii의 반응기 내부의 기체 분위기를 비활성 기체 분위기로 전환시키는 단계; 및
iv) 상기 단계 iii의 반응기에 이산화탄소 함유 가스를 공급하여 상기 촉매에 의한 이산화탄소의 환원반응을 수행하여 일산화탄소를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 매체순환 반응에 의하여 C1-4 파라핀과 이산화탄소로부터 올레핀 및 일산화탄소를 제조하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 단계 ii 내지 단계 iv는 순차적으로 반복되는 것이 특징인 방법.
