Claims (5)
- 절단 길이 5 ~ 20mm의 세라믹 파이버 25 중량부, 고순도 알루미나 시멘트 35 중량부, 뮬라이트 10 중량부, 카올린 샤모트 20 중량부, 용융알루미나 5 중량부 및 용융실리카 5 중량부를 포함하는 골재를 무중력 혼합기에서 1차 혼합하여 1차 혼합물을 만들고, 점도를 부여하기 위한 고점도 수용성 셀룰로오스 0.5 중량부, 세라믹 파이버와 골재와의 결합력을 부여하기 위한 결합제인 아크릴레이츠 및 아크릴아미드 공중합체(Acrylates and Acrylamide Copolymer) 0.5 중량부와, 수분량을 줄여주고 작업성을 개선하기 위한 감수 및 유동화제인 소듐 나프탈렌술폰산 포름알데히드 축합중합체(Sodium Naphthalenesulfonic acid formaldehyde polycondensate) 0.5 중량부와, 경화촉진제로 알칼리계 금속 탄산염 경화촉진제 0.1 중량부를 미리 혼합한 첨가제 혼합물을 상기 1차 혼합물에 투입한 후 2차 혼합하여 부정형 내화재 조성물을 얻되, 상기 세라믹 파이버의 Al2O3 성분 함량은 13wt% 이고, 상기 알루미나 시멘트의 Al2O3 성분 함량은 25wt%이고, 상기 뮬라이트의 Al2O3 성분 함량은 7wt%이고, 상기 카올린 샤모트의 Al2O3 성분 함량은 9wt%이고, 용융 알루미나의 Al2O3 성분 함량은 5wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기섬유를 이용한 부정형 내화재 조성물 제조방법.
