Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 의해 제조된 자가치유 폴리비닐알코올 하이드로겔의 셀룰로오스의 함량과 열처리에 따른 응력/변형률 변화를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 의해 제조된 자가치유 폴리비닐알코올 하이드로겔의 셀룰로오스 함량 및 열처리 온도에 따른 응력을 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 의해 제조된 자가치유 폴리비닐알코올 하이드로겔의 셀룰로오스 함량에 따른 자가치유력을 나타내는 그래프이다.
Claims (10)
- 전체 중량 대비 1중량% 내지 15중량%의 셀룰로오스 및 85 중량% 내지 99 중량%의 폴리비닐알코올을 함유하는 자가치유 폴리비닐알코올 하이드로겔로서,
상기 자가치유 폴리비닐알코올 하이드로겔 내 상기 폴리비닐알코올과 상기 셀룰로오스 사이에는 수소 결합만이 존재하고,
폴리비닐알코올만으로 이루어진 하이드로겔에 비해 응력이 5.2배 이상, 변형률이 40% 이상 향상되며, 자가치유력이 50% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 자가치유 폴리비닐알코올 하이드로겔.
(여기서, 자가치유력은 [절단된 자가치유 폴리비닐알코올 하이드로겔의 응력 / 절단하지 않는 자가치유 폴리비닐알코올 하이드로겔의 응력] ×100의 값임) - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 셀룰로오스는 미정질 셀룰로오스(microcrystalline cellulose), 메틸셀룰로오스 및 에틸셀룰로오스로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는. 자가치유 폴리비닐알코올 하이드로겔. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 자가치유 폴리비닐알코올 하이드로겔은 폴리비닐알코올만으로 이루어진 하이드로겔에 대비 자가치유력이 3.3배 이상 향상된 것을 특징으로 하는, 자가치유 폴리비닐알코올 하이드로겔. - 삭제
- 셀룰로오스, 폴리비닐알코올 및 물을 혼합하여 혼합용액을 제조하는 단계;
상기 혼합 용액을 오븐에 넣고 기포를 제거하는 단계;
상기 기포가 제거된 혼합 용액을 프리징-소잉(freezing-thawing) 공정을 이용하여 하이드로겔을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 프리징-소잉(freezing-thawing) 공정을 이용하여 하이드로겔을 제조하는 단계 후에, 상기 셀룰로오스와 상기 폴리비닐알코올의 수소 결합을 향상시키기 위한 열 처리 단계를 포함하는, 제 1항의 자가치유 폴리비닐알코올 하이드로겔의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 열처리 단계는 25℃ 내지 50℃의 온도에서 12시간 내지 24시간 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자가치유 폴리비닐알코올 하이드로겔의 제조방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 열처리 단계를 거친 자가치유 폴리비닐알코올 하이드로겔은 열처리하지 않은 셀룰로오스 함유 자가치유 폴리비닐알코올 하이드로겔 대비 응력이 40% 이상 향상되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자가치유 폴리비닐알코올 하이드로겔의 제조방법.
