Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 검은깨, 쥐눈이콩 및 어성초가 포함된 건강보조식품을 제조하되, 환형태 또는 분말형태로 제조되는 제품가공단계가 추가된 검은깨, 쥐눈이콩 및 어성초가 포함된 건강보조식품의 제조방법을 공정 단계별로 나타낸 순서도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 액상형태의 제품으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검은깨, 쥐눈이콩 및 어성초가 포함된 건강보조식품의 제조방법을 공정 단계별로 나타낸 순서도이다.
도 4는 히알루론산 표준품을 HPLC로 측정한 결과를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따라 제조된 실시예 5의 분말형태의 건강보조식품을 HPLC로 측정한 결과를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (22)
- 수분 5% 이하가 되도록 자연건조된 검은깨, 쥐눈이콩, 어성초, 비파잎, 산양산삼 및 뽕잎을 혼합하여 재료혼합물을 제조하는 재료혼합단계;
상기 재료혼합단계에서 혼합된 재료혼합물에 물을 첨가한 뒤, 100 내지 120℃의 온도에서 10 내지 13시간 동안 스팀 중탕 방식으로 열수추출한 후, 고형물을 여과하여 혼합추출액을 제조하는 추출단계;
상기 추출단계와 동시에 또는 전후에 선택적으로 수행되며, 깨끗하게 손질된 돼지족과 수분5% 이하가 되도록 자연건조된 삼백초를 혼합하고 물을 첨가한 뒤, 100 내지 120℃의 온도에서 10 내지 13시간 동안 1차열수추출하고, 50 내지 60℃의 온도에서 2 내지 3시간 동안 2차열수추출한 후, 고형물을 여과하여 첨가물을 제조하는 첨가물추출단계;
상기 추출단계에서 제조된 혼합추출액과 상기 첨가물추출단계에서 제조된 첨가물을 혼합한 뒤, 90 내지 110℃의 온도에서 5 내지 7시간 동안 졸이는 방식으로 농축시켜서 조청형태의 고농축물을 제조하는 농축단계;

상기 재료혼합단계에서는 검은깨 15 내지 25중량%, 쥐눈이콩 20 내지 35중량%, 어성초 15 내지 25중량%, 비파잎 10 내지 20중량%, 산양산삼 2 내지 10중량% 및 뽕잎 10 내지 20중량%의 비율로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검은깨, 쥐눈이콩 및 어성초가 포함된 건강보조식품의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 추출단계에서는 재료혼합물 100중량부에 대해 물이 220 내지 350중량부의 비율로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검은깨, 쥐눈이콩 및 어성초가 포함된 건강보조식품의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 첨가물추출단계에서는 돼지족 95 내지 99중량%와 삼백초 1 내지 5중량%의 비율로 혼합되고, 돼지족과 삼백초 혼합물 100중량부에 대해 물이 300 내지 400중량부의 비율로 첨가되어 열수추출 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검은깨, 쥐눈이콩 및 어성초가 포함된 건강보조식품의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,

상기 제품화단계에서는 점도가 조절된 고농축물 100중량부에 대해 뽕잎 분말이 100 내지 200중량부의 비율로 더 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검은깨, 쥐눈이콩 및 어성초가 포함된 건강보조식품의 제조방법. - 청구항 1 내지 7 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제품화단계 이후에는 반죽물형태의 제품을 일정한 크기의 환형태로 제조하는 환제품가공단계가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검은깨, 쥐눈이콩 및 어성초가 포함된 건강보조식품의 제조방법. - 청구항 1 내지 7 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제품화단계 이후에는 반죽물형태의 제품을 상온에서 건조한 뒤 분쇄하여 분말형태로 제조하는 분말제품가공단계가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검은깨, 쥐눈이콩 및 어성초가 포함된 건강보조식품의 제조방법. - 청구항 1 내지 7 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검은깨, 쥐눈이콩 및 어성초가 포함된 건강보조식품.
- 청구항 8의 방법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검은깨, 쥐눈이콩 및 어성초가 포함된 건강보조식품.
- 청구항 9의 방법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검은깨, 쥐눈이콩 및 어성초가 포함된 건강보조식품.
- 청구항 10의 방법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검은깨, 쥐눈이콩 및 어성초가 포함된 건강보조식품.
- 청구항 11의 방법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검은깨, 쥐눈이콩 및 어성초가 포함된 건강보조식품.
- 수분 5% 이하가 되도록 자연건조된 검은깨, 쥐눈이콩, 어성초, 비파잎, 산양산삼 및 뽕잎을 혼합하여 재료혼합물을 제조하는 재료혼합단계;
상기 재료혼합단계에서 혼합된 재료혼합물에 물을 첨가한 뒤, 100 내지 120℃의 온도에서 10 내지 13시간 동안 스팀 중탕 방식으로 열수추출한 후, 고형물을 여과하여 혼합추출액을 제조하는 추출단계;
상기 추출단계와 동시에 또는 전후에 선택적으로 수행되며, 깨끗하게 손질된 돼지족과 수분5% 이하가 되도록 자연건조된 삼백초를 혼합하고 물을 첨가한 뒤, 100 내지 120℃의 온도에서 10 내지 13시간 동안 1차열수추출하고, 50 내지 60℃의 온도에서 2 내지 3시간 동안 2차열수추출한 후, 고형물을 여과하여 첨가물을 제조하는 첨가물추출단계; 및
상기 추출단계에서 제조된 혼합추출액과 상기 첨가물추출단계에서 제조된 첨가물을 혼합하여 액상형태의 식품으로 제조하는 액상식품제조단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 검은깨, 쥐눈이콩 및 어성초가 포함된 건강보조식품의 제조방법. - 청구항 17에 있어서,
상기 재료혼합단계에서는 검은깨 15 내지 25중량%, 쥐눈이콩 20 내지 35중량%, 어성초 15 내지 25중량%, 비파잎 10 내지 20중량%, 산양산삼 2 내지 10중량% 및 뽕잎 10 내지 20중량%의 비율로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검은깨, 쥐눈이콩 및 어성초가 포함된 건강보조식품의 제조방법. - 청구항 17에 있어서,
