Claims (12)
- 권축된 토우를 상기 토우의 폭 방향으로 펼치는 것과,
폭 방향으로 펼쳐진 상기 토우를 1 차 개섬하는 것과,
1 차 개섬된 상기 토우를 적어도 2 개의 분할 토우로 분리하는 것과,
상기 분할 토우의 경계를 재단하는 것과,
상기 분할 토우의 필라멘트를 분리시키는 것, 상기 분할 토우를 성형하는 것, 상기 분할 토우의 장력을 완화시키는 것을 포함하여, 상기 분할 토우를 2 차 개섬하는 것을 포함하는 개섬체의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 2 차 개섬하는 것이, 에어 개섬 제트에 의해 상기 분할 토우의 필라멘트를 분리시키는 것을 포함하는 개섬체의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 1 차 개섬하는 것이, 개섬 롤러쌍에 의해 상기 토우의 필라멘트를 분리시키는 것을 포함하는 개섬체의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 재단하는 것이, 회전하는 원반 커터에 의해 상기 분할 토우의 경계의 필라멘트를 재단하는 것을 포함하는 개섬체의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 토우를 분리하는 것이, 상기 분할 토우의 이동을 안내하는 가이드 부재에 의해, 상기 분할 토우를 상기 폭 방향으로 분리하는 것을 포함하는 개섬체의 제조 방법. - 권축된 토우를 상기 토우의 폭 방향으로 펼치는 예비 개섬 장치와,
폭 방향으로 펼쳐진 상기 토우를 1 차 개섬하는 1 차 개섬 장치와,
1 차 개섬된 상기 토우를 적어도 2 개의 분할 토우로 분리하는 분할 장치와,
상기 분할 토우의 경계를 재단하는 재단 장치와,
에어 개섬 제트를 갖고, 상기 분할 토우를 2 차 개섬하는 2 차 개섬 장치를 구비하고 있는 개섬체의 제조 장치. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 에어 개섬 제트의 노즐이 원통 형상인 개섬체의 제조 장치. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 1 차 개섬 장치가 개섬 롤러쌍을 포함하고 있는 개섬체의 제조 장치. - 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 재단 장치가 회전하는 원반 커터를 포함하고 있는 개섬체의 제조 장치. - 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 분할 장치가 상기 분할 토우를 상기 폭 방향으로 분리하도록, 상기 분할 토우의 이동을 안내하는 가이드 부재를 포함하고 있는 개섬체의 제조 장치. - 삭제
