Abstract
Description
도 2는 도 1에 나타낸 본 발명의 실린더용 도금 장치에 대한 불용성 전극 설치 예의 정면 개략 설명도이다.
도 3은 도 1의 상태에서, 소경(小徑)의 실린더에 대응하도록 불용성 전극을 회동하게 하고, 불용성 전극의 빗살형 단면부의 오목한 부분과 다른 쪽 불용성 전극의 빗살형 단면부의 볼록한 부분이 더욱 깊숙이 교차하도록 한 모습을 보여주는 요부 사시 개략도이다.
도 4는 도 1의 상태에서, 대경(大徑)의 실린더에 대응하도록 불용성 전극을 회동하게 하고, 불용성 전극의 빗살형 단면부의 오목한 부분과 다른 쪽 불용성 전극의 빗살형 단면부의 볼록한 부분이 평탄면(두 개의 면 사이에 높낮이의 차가 없이 평평한 상태) 이 되도록 한 모습을 보여주는 요부 사시 개략도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실린더용 도금 장치의 기본 구성의 일례를 제시하는 측면 개략 설명도이다.
도 6은 본 발명에서의 불용성 전극의 슬라이드 기구의 일례를 제시하는 평면 설명도이다.

Claims (6)
- 도금액이 저장되는 도금 탱크와 피 처리 실린더를 회전가능 및 통전가능하게 길이 방향 양쪽 끝을 파지하고 상기 도금 탱크에 수용되는 척 수단과, 상기 도금 탱크 내에서 피 처리 실린더의 양 측면에 마주하여 수직설치되고 또한 소정의 통전이 행해지는 서로 마주한 한 쌍의 불용성 전극을 갖추고 있으며, 상기 한 쌍의 불용성 전극을 상기 피 처리 실린더의 양 측면에 소정 간격을 두고 근접시키면서 상기 피 처리 실린더의 외주 표면에 도금을 하도록 한 실린더용 도금 장치로서,
상기 불용성 전극이 적어도 하부 부분을 안쪽으로 만곡된 형상을 가지며, 또한 적어도 상기 하부 부분이 빗살형 단면부로 되어져 있고,
한 쪽의 상기 불용성 전극의 상기 빗살형 단면부의 오목한 부분의 위치에 다른 쪽의 상기 불용성 전극의 상기 빗살형 단면부의 볼록한 부분이 위치하도록 번갈아 서로 마주 놓이게 하고,
상기 불용성 전극의 상단 부분을 회동 중심으로 상기 불용성 전극을 회동 가능하게 구성하며, 상기 피 처리 실린더의 직경을 따라서 상기 피 처리 실린더의 외주 표면에 대한 상기 불용성 전극의 근접 거리를 조절 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더용 도금 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 불용성 전극의 만곡 형상이 상기 피 처리 실린더의 외주 면의 곡률에 대응하는 만곡 형상 임을 특징으로 하는 실린더용 도금 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 불용성 전극이 메시 모양 전극인 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더용 도금 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 도금액이 구리 도금액 또는 크롬 도금액이며, 상기 피 처리 실린더가 중공 원통형의 그라비아 제판용 실린더인 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더용 도금 장치.
- 청구항 1에 따른 실린더용 도금 장치를 이용하여 피 처리 실린더의 외주 표면에 도금을 행하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더용 도금 방법.
- 청구항 5에 따른 실린더용 도금방법에 의해서 도금된 것을 특징으로 하는 그라비아 실린더.
