- 신축력과 복원력이 우수한 접착성 원단을 이용한 표면 몰딩 방법에 있어서,
핫멜트 수지가 코팅된 원사(21) 또는 TPU 원사와, 섬유 원사(22)를 횡편(flat knitting) 방식으로 편성하여 이루어지되, 상기 원단의 일면에 접힘부(30)를 형성시킨 상태로 편성하여 접착성 원단을 제조하는 단계(S100); 및
상기 편성된 접착성 원단을 표면 몰딩하는 단계(S200);를 포함하여 구성되되,
상기 S100 단계에서 상기 원단 일면에 형성된 접힘부(30)는 섬유 원사(22)로 편성되며, 상기 접힘부(30)와 대응되는 위치의 원단 반대면에는 볼록부(40)가 형성되고, 상기 핫멜트 수지가 코팅된 원사(21)는, 코어(21a)와 시드(21b)로 구성되는 섬유원사(21c)의 외부면에 핫멜트 수지(21d)가 0.03 ~ 0.3g/m 양으로 코팅되되 상기 섬유원사(21c)는, 폴리에스터사, 나일론사 또는 면사 중에서 단독 또는 2 종 이상을 병용하여 사용하고, 상기 핫멜트 수지(21d)는, 폴리에스터 수지, 폴리우레탄 수지, 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지, 아크릴 수지, 폴리아미드 수지, 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 수지 또는 폴리올레핀 수지 중에서 단독 또는 2 종 이상을 병용하여 사용하며,
상기 S200 단계는, 금형을 이용하여, 상기 편성된 접착성 원단의 표면을 온도 90 ~ 140℃에서 10 ~ 100kg/cm2의 압력으로 10 ~ 200초간 압착하여 표면몰딩하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 신축력과 복원력이 우수한 접착성 원단을 이용한 표면 몰딩 방법. - 삭제
