Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 치과용 임플란트의 표면처리 방법으로 처리된 치과용 임플란트의 주사현미경(X50, X500) 사진이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 치과용 임플란트의 표면처리 방법으로 처리된 치과용 임플란트의 주사현미경(X1000) 사진이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 치과용 임플란트의 표면처리 방법으로 처리된 치과용 임플란트의 EDS 결과 그래프이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 치과용 임플란트의 표면처리 방법으로 처리된 치과용 임플란트의 EDS mapping 결과를 보여주는 도면이다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 치과용 임플란트의 표면처리 방법으로 처리된 치과용 임플란트를 생체 유사 용액에 침지한 후 표면에 생성된 아파타이트를 보여주는 전자현미경 사진이다.
Claims (10)
- 치과용 임플란트를 준비하는 단계;
상기 임플란트를 초산 칼슘, 초산 마그네슘 및 칼슘 글리세로인산염을 포함하는 전해용액에 담지하고, 상기 임플란트를 플라즈마 전해 산화장치에 연결하는 단계;
상기 플라즈마 전해 산화장치에 펄스 전류를 인가하여, 상기 임플란트의 표면에 산화피막을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 전해용액은 상기 초산 마그네슘의 농도가 상기 초산 칼슘 대비 5mol% 내지 20 mol%로 함유되어, 아파타이트의 형성을 향상되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 임플란트의 표면처리 방법.

티타늄 합금 또는 티타늄 재질의 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 임플란트의 표면처리 방법.
- 제 1항, 제 4항 및 제 6항 중 어느 한 항의 임플란트의 표면처리 방법으로 제조되고, 표면에는 마이크로 사이즈의 기공이 형성되며, 마그네슘, 칼슘 및 인을 포함하는 산화피막이 형성되고, 상기 마그네슘은 상기 칼슘 대비 5mol% 내지 20 mol% 농도로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 임플란트.
