- 관 형상이고, 배기 가능한 하나 이상의 홈을 포함하는
프릿 성형체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 홈의 높이는 1mm 내지 2mm인

상기 홈의 현은 1mm 내지 2mm인
프릿 성형체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 프릿 성형체 상부에 원판 형상의 캡을 포함하는
프릿 성형체.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 프릿 성형체와 상기 캡이 일체화된
프릿 성형체.

상기 프릿 성형체와 상기 캡은 열처리에 의해 접합된
