도 2는 타깃단백질인 PCT 농도에 따른 선택된 박테리오파지 (PCT R3#24)의 결합력을 측정한 결과이다.
도 3은 선택된 파지 (PCT R3#24) 농도에 따른 PCT 단백질에 대한 결합력을 측정한 결과이다.
도 4는 Serum 첨가에 따른 선택된 파지 (PCT R3#24)의 결합력을 측정한 결과이다.

- 바이오마커 단백질 PCT를 타깃으로 하는 펩타이드 프로브를 포함하되,
바이오마커 단백질 PCT에 대한 펩타이드 프로브는 아미노산 서열목록 2(VHWDFRQWWQPS)를 포함하는 서열로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 패혈증 조기진단용 바이오칩. - 제2항에 있어서,
펩타이드 프로브의 아미노산은 D형, L형, 펩토이드 모노머를 포함한 펩타이드 모방체 또는 비천연 아미노산 중의 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 패혈증 조기진단용 바이오칩. - 제3항에 있어서,
펩타이드 프로브는 N말단 혹은 C말단에 다양한 기능기를 포함하는 이중체(dimer), 삼중체 (trimer) 또는 다중체 (multimer)인 것을 특징으로 하는 패혈증 조기진단용 바이오칩. - 제4항에 있어서, 펩타이드 프로브의 N말단 기능기는 free amine, acetylation, biotin 또는 flurophore를 포함하고,
C말단 기능기는 free acid, amidation, biotin 또는 flurophore를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패혈증 조기진단용 바이오칩. - 아미노산 서열목록 2(VHWDFRQWWQPS)를 포함하는 서열로 구성되는 패혈증 조기진단용 펩타이드 프로브.
