Abstract
Description
메뉴얼밸브 몸체(1) 상부에 마련하는 연결플레이트(2)와, 상기 연결플레이트(2) 상부 중심에 설치하는 조이스틱 레버(3)와 상기 메뉴얼밸브 몸체(1) 상면에 위치 고정하는 받침커버(4)와 상기 연결플레이트(2) 외주연과 받침커버(4) 외주연을 연결하여 일정한 공간을 형성하는 주름커버(41)와, 상기 받침커버(4) 상면에 고정되는 지지대(42)와, 상기 제1,2피스톤(11)(12)과 지지대(42)를 상기 연결플레이트(2)와 연결하는 3개의 로드앤드(43)로 구성되는 작동부몸체(1')로;, 이루어진 메뉴얼밸브(101)에 있어서,

Claims (2)
- 상 방향으로 일정길이의 제1,2피스톤(11)(12)을 가지는 메뉴얼밸브 몸체(1)와;, 메뉴얼밸브 몸체(1) 상부에 마련하는 연결플레이트(2)와, 상기 연결플레이트(2) 상부 중심에 설치하는 조이스틱 레버(3)와 상기 메뉴얼밸브 몸체(1) 상면에 위치 고정하는 받침커버(4)와 상기 연결플레이트(2) 외주연과 받침커버(4) 외주연을 연결하여 일정한 공간을 형성하는 주름커버(41)와, 상기 받침커버(4) 상면에 고정되는 지지대(42)와, 상기 제1,2피스톤(11)(12)과 지지대(42)를 상기 연결플레이트(2)와 연결하는 3개의 로드앤드(43)로 구성되는 작동부몸체(1')로;, 이루어진 메뉴얼밸브(101)에 있어서,
상기 메뉴얼밸브 몸체(1)와 작동부몸체(1') 사이에 소정의 설치공간(a)을 확보함과 동시에 그 설치공간(a)에 위치한 제1,2피스톤(11)(12)의 일정위치에 각각 걸림홈(13)을 형성하여 그 위치 선상에서 제1,2피스톤(11)(12)을 단속하도록 하는 잠금장치를 특징으로 하되,
상기 잠금장치는 작동부몸체(1')의 받침커버(4) 하부면과 메뉴얼밸브 몸체(1) 상부면에 각기 부착고정하면서 각각의 제1피스톤관통공(51)과 제2피스톤관통공(52)으로 상기 제1,2피스톤(11)(12)이 경유하도록 한 상,하부 고정플레이트(5)(5')와;,
상기 상부 고정플레이트(5)와 하부 고정프레이트(5') 사이에 고정하면서 중심부로 일정크기의 가이드공간(61)과 개방된 슬라이드통로(62)를 가지게 한 가이드플레이트(6)와;,
일정길이로 된 하나 이상의 가이드공(73)을 가지는 결합부(72)와 상기 결합부(72) 양측에 만곡형으로 형성된 걸림부(74)(74')를 가지는 잠금판(71)을 가이드플레이트(6)의 가이드공간(61) 내에 내장하고 동시에 잠금판(71) 일측의 연결대(75)를 가이드플레이트(6)의 개방된 슬라이드통로(62)에 경유시키되, 상기 잠금판(71)은 그 가이드공(73)으로 하부 고정플레이트(5')와 연결되는 가이드볼트(76)를 관통설치하여서 된 락레버(7)로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조이스틱 메뉴얼밸브의 잠금장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 락레버(7)의 잠금판(71) 일측으로 한쌍의 위치고정공(77)을 형성하고 그 동일 선상의 하부 고정플레이트(5')로 스프링(54)이 탄발된 위치고정볼(55)을 구성하여 잠금장치의 잠금판(71)이 전진 또는 후진할 때, 상기 한쌍의 위치고정공(77) 중 어느 하나의 위치고정공(77)이 하부 고정플레이트(5')의 위치고정볼(77)에 끼움되어 잠금판(71)의 위치가 고정될 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조이스틱 메뉴얼밸브의 잠금장치.
