Abstract
본 발명에 따르는 농축폐수 처리장치 및 처리방법은, 농축 폐수가 공급되어 이를 역삼투 공정으로 농축시키고, 생산수를 생산하는 1 역삼투 여과부; 상기 제 1 역삼투 여과부 후단에 구비되어, 농축된 농축수를 희석시키는 정삼투 여과부; 및 상기 정삼투 여과부 후단에 구비되어, 상기 정삼투 여과부로 농축 해수를 공급하는 제 2 역삼투 여과부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (14)
- 농축 폐수가 공급되어 이를 역삼투 공정으로 농축시키고, 생산수를 생산하는 제 1 역삼투 여과부;
상기 제 1 역삼투 여과부 후단에 구비되어, 농축된 농축수를 농축시키는 정삼투 여과부;
상기 정삼투 여과부 후단에 구비되어, 상기 정삼투 여과부로 농축 해수를 공급하는 제 2 역삼투 여과부; 및
상기 정삼투 여과부 후단에 구비되어 상기 정삼투 여과부에서 농축된 농축수를 연수화시키고 상기 정삼투 여과부로 재공급하는 연수화부
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 농축폐수 처리장치. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제 1 역삼투 여과부 전단에 구비되어 농축 폐수를 저장하고 상기 제 1 역삼투 여과부로 농축 폐수를 공급하는 공급탱크
를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 농축폐수 처리장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 정삼투 여과부 전단에 구비되며 상기 제 1 역삼투 여과부에서 농축된 농축수를 저장하여 상기 정삼투 여과부로 공급하는 농축수 탱크; 및
상기 정삼투 여과부 전단에 구비되어 해수를 상기 정삼투 여과부로 공급하는 해수공급 탱크
를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 농축폐수 처리장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 연수화부는 침전 공정을 통해 고형물을 침전시켜 분리하고 pH 조절을 통해 연수화로 생성된 탄산칼슘(CaCO3)를 효과적으로 응집시켜 침전 고형물로 배출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 농축폐수 처리장치. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 연수화부 후단에 구비되어 농축수의 잔존 고형물을 걸러내는 필터
를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 농축폐수 처리장치. - 제 1 역삼투 여과부, 정삼투 여과부 및 제 2 역삼투 여과부를 포함하는 농축폐수 처리장치를 이용한 농축폐수 처리방법으로,
상기 제 1 역삼투 여과부에 농축 폐수를 공급하여 역삼투 공정으로 농축시키고 생산수1을 생산하는 단계(S10);
상기 정삼투 여과부에서 농축된 농축수를 농축시키는 단계(S20);
상기 제 2 역삼투 여과부에서 농축해수를 상기 정삼투 여과부로 공급하는 단계(S30); 및
상기 정삼투 여과부에서 농축된 농축수를 연수화시키고 상기 정삼투 여과부를 재공급하는 단계(S40)
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 RO-FO-RO 공정을 이용한 농축폐수 처리방법. - 삭제
- 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 (S40) 단계는,
연수화부에서 침전 공정을 통해 고형물을 침전시켜 분리하고 pH 조절을 통해 연수화로 생성된 탄산칼슘(CaCO3)를 효과적으로 응집시켜 침전 고형물로 배출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 농축폐수 처리방법. - 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 연수화된 농축수를 필터로 걸러 잔존 고형물을 제거한 후 상기 정삼투 여과부로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 농축폐수 처리방법.
