Claims (6)
- 공조기를 구성하는 냉동사이클에 연결되어 냉매를 관류시키면서 증발열을 제공함으로써 송풍팬에서 공급된 공기와의 열교환을 통해 냉풍을 제공하는 에어컨 증발기로서,
마주보는 형태로 이격상태로 설치되고, 상기 냉동사이클에서 공급되는 냉매를 유입시켜 순환경로를 제공하면서 열교환이 완료된 냉매를 배출시키며 내부에 격벽이 설치되어 격벽을 통해 냉매를 타측부로 이동시킬 수 있는 한 쌍의 헤더파이프;
상기 한 쌍의 헤더파이프를 가로지르는 형태로 소통가능하게 연결되면서 상기 헤더파이프의 길이방향을 따라 복수로 연결되고, 상기 헤더파이프의 유입구로 유입된 냉매를 상기 헤더파이프의 배출구를 향해 지그재그형태로 이동시키면서 공기와 열교환시키는 복수의 튜브;
상기 튜브들의 사이에 각각 개재되어 상기 송풍팬에서 공급된 공기를 소통시키면서 상기 튜브의 증발열을 방열하는 방열핀; 및
상기 헤더파이프가 수직방향으로 설치되면서 상기 튜브들이 수평방향으로 적층된 상태로 배열되고, 상기 튜브의 길이가 상기 헤더파이프의 길이보다 길게 형성되어 가로와 세로의 비가 2.4 : 1 이상인 직사각형태로 이루어진 헤더파이프 수직배치 구조의 에어컨용 상기 증발기;를 포함하고
상기 증발기는,
상기 송풍팬의 반대편에서 상기 튜브들에 인접상태로 설치되고, 상기 송풍팬의 송풍압력에 의해 상기 송풍팬의 반대편으로 비산하는 상기 튜브나 상기 방열핀 표면의 응축수를 가로막아서 하부로 안내하는 드레인가이드;를 더 포함하고,
상기 드레인가이드는,
상기 튜브들의 일측에 수직상태로 설치되고, 복수로 구성되어 등간격으로 설치되면서 이격공간을 통해 상기 튜브 및 상기 방열핀을 통과한 냉풍의 소통유로를 제공하며 상기 방열핀에 접촉하는 가이드본체; 및
상기 가이드본체의 양측면에 돌출되면서 상기 가이드본체들의 이격공간에 번갈아가며 돌출되고, 상기 이격공간으로 이동하는 냉풍을 교대로 가로막으면서 냉풍에 포함된 응축수를 포집하여 상기 가이드본체의 하부로 낙하시키는 배플판;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤더파이프의 수직배치 구조를 갖는 차량용 에어컨 증발기.

상기 가이드본체는,
냉풍의 소통방향을 따라 경사면을 이루면서 지그재그 형태로 절곡형성되어 냉풍의 이동방향을 번걸아가며 전환시키는 절곡부;를 포함하고,

상기 절곡부의 각각에 돌출형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤더파이프의 수직배치 구조를 갖는 차량용 에어컨 증발기.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 배플판은,
상기 절곡부를 이루는 상기 가이드본체의 경사면과 동일한 경사를 이루면서 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤더파이프의 수직배치 구조를 갖는 차량용 에어컨 증발기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 드레인가이드는,
상기 가이드본체들의 출구측 단부에 고정되어 상기 소통유로의 출구를 소통가능하게 차폐하면서 냉풍에 잔여하는 응축수를 필터링하는 응축수필터;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤더파이프의 수직배치 구조를 갖는 차량용 에어컨 증발기.
