Claims (24)
- 피부의 내부로 침투하여 용융되는 약액으로 형성되는 팁; 및
상기 팁의 외면으로부터 내부를 향해 단차진 형상을 가지고, 상기 팁에 대해 적어도 하나 마련되는 가이드 홈;
을 포함하며,
상기 팁은 방수 코팅되는 마이크로 니들.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 팁은 복수개 마련되며, 상기 복수의 팁은 베이스에 의해 지지되는 마이크로 니들.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 팁은 원뿔 또는 다각뿔 형상을 가지며,
상기 가이드 홈은 상기 팁의 외주면을 따라 단면이 반원 또는 다각형상을 가지고 적어도 하나 마련되는 마이크로 니들.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가이드 홈은 상기 팁의 외주면을 따라 등간격으로 복수개 마련되되, 상기 팁이 상기 피부에 침투하는 방향을 기준으로 상기 팁이 상기 피부에 침투하는 선단과 상기 선단으로부터 연장된 후단 사이에서 상기 후단을 향해 단면이 반원 또는 다각형상을 가지고 연장되도록 마련되는 마이크로 니들.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가이드 홈은 상기 팁이 상기 피부에 침투하는 방향을 기준으로 상기 팁이 상기 피부에 침투하는 선단으로부터 후단을 향해 80% 이상 이격된 위치에 등간격으로 이격되어 복수개 마련되되, 단면이 반원 또는 다각형상을 가지는 마이크로 니들.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가이드 홈은 상기 팁의 외주면에 상호 이격되어 다행 및 다열로 복수개 마련되는 마이크로 니들.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가이드 홈은 단면이 반원 또는 다각 형상을 가지고 상기 팁의 외주면을 따라 연장되어 마련되는 마이크로 니들.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 베이스에는 상기 팁을 중심으로 단차진 가이드 공간이 마련되는 마이크로 니들.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 팁은 공압, 유압, 스프링, 전자기장 또는 지압 중 적어도 어느 하나의 가압력으로 상기 피부내로 침투되는 마이크로 니들.
- 삭제
- 약액을 마련하는 단계;
팁홈을 가지는 몰드에 상기 약액을 공급하여 팁을 형성시키는 단계; 및
상기 팁을 방수 코팅하는 단계;
를 포함하며,
상기 팁의 외면에는 내부를 향해 단차진 적어도 하나의 가이드 홈이 형성되는 마이크로 니들 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 약액 마련단계는 생체 적합성 물질과 수용성 첨가제에 의해 형성되는 상기 약액을 마련하는 마이크로 니들 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 생체 적합성 물질은,
카르복시메틸셀룰로오스(CMC), 히아루로닉 산(hyaluronic acid), 알지닉 산(alginic acid), 펙틴, 카라기난, 콘드로이틴(설페이트), 덱스트란(설페이트), 키토산, 폴리라이신(polylysine), 카르복시메틸 키틴(carboxymethyl chitin), 피브린, 아가로스, 풀루란, 폴리안하이드라이드(polyanhydride), 폴리오르쏘에스테르(polyorthoester), 폴리에테르에스테르(polyetherester), 폴리에스테르아마이드(polyesteramide), 폴리(뷰티릭 산), 폴리(발레릭 산), 폴리아크릴레이트, 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 중합체, 아크릴 치환 셀룰로오스 아세테이트, 폴리비닐 클로라이드, 폴리비닐 풀루오라이드, 폴리(비닐 이미다졸), 클로로설포네이트 폴리올레핀(chlorosulphonate polyolefins), 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드, 폴리비닐피롤리돈(PVP), 하이드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스(HPMC), 에틸셀룰로오스(EC), 하이드록시프로필셀룰로오스(HPC), 카복시메틸셀루로스, 싸이클로덱스트린, 말토스(Maltose), 락토스(Lactose), 트레할로스(Trehalose), 셀로비오스(Cellobiose), 이소말토스(Isomaltose) 및 투라노스(Turanose), 락툴로스(Lactulose) 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하거나, 이러한 고분자를 형성하는 단량체들의 공중합체 및 셀룰로오스 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 마이크로 니들 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 수용성 첨가제는
트레알로스(trehalose), 올리고사카라이드(oligosaccharide), 수크로스(sucrose), 말토스(maltose), 락토스(lactose), 셀로비오스(cellobiose), 히아루로닉 산(hyaluronic acid), 알지닉 산(alginic acid), 펙틴, 카라기난, 콘드로이틴(설페이트), 덱스트란(설페이트), 키토산, 폴리라이신(polylysine), 콜라겐, 젤라틴, 카르복시메틸 키틴(carboxymethyl chitin), 피브린, 아가로스, 폴리비닐피롤리돈(PVP), 폴리에틸렌글리콜(PEG), 폴리메타크릴레이트, 하이드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스(HPMC), 에틸셀룰로오스(EC), 하이드록시프로필셀룰로오스(HPC), 카복시메틸셀루로스, 싸이클로덱스트린 또는 젠티비오스(gentiobiose) 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 마이크로 니들 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 몰드는 폴리디메틸실록산(PDMS), 몰드 사용 고분자종류, 폴리우레탄, 금속, 알루미늄 생체적합성 물질, 수용성 고분자, 또는 지용성, 양친성 고분자 가운데 어느 하나를 포함하는 구조체를 포함하는 마이크로 니들 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,
상기 지용성 및 양친성 고분자는 HPC(hydroxy propyl cellulose), HPMC(hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), PCL(poly capro lactone), 폴리글리코라이드(PGA), 폴리락틱에시드(PLA), 폴리락타이드-글리코라이드 공중합체(PLGA), PVP(poly vinyl pyrrolidone), PEG(polyethylene glycol), PEO(poly ethylene oxide), PPO(poly propylene oxide), PVME(poly vinyl methyl ether), PMA(poly (methyl) acrylate)s, Propylene glycol, Poly(ester amide), Poly (butyric acid), acrylamide (acrylic amide), acrylic acid, HA(hyaluronic acid) 및 gelatin 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 마이크로 니들 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 팁 형성단계는,
상기 팁 홈에 상기 약액을 공급하는 단계;
상기 약액을 고형화시키는 단계; 및
상기 몰드를 제거하는 단계;
를 포함하며,
상기 고형화단계는 원심분리 및 폴리머 멜트(Polymer melt) 공정을 통해 상기 가이드 홈을 형성시키며 상기 약액을 고형화시키는 마이크로 니들 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 방수 코팅단계는,
상기 팁의 단부 또는 표면 전체에 소수성 물질 또는 지질 계열 물질을 포함하는 방수제를 딥-코팅(Dip-coating), 애터마이제이션(Atomization), 전기방사(Electro-spinning) 및 초음파 코팅 중 적어도 어느 하나의 방법으로 코팅하는 마이크로 니들 제조방법.
- 제19항에 있어서,
상기 방수제는 밀납(Beeswax), 올레산(Oleic acid), 콩지방산(Soy fatty acid), 카스토르오일(Castor oil), 포스파티딜콜린(Phosphatidylcholine), 비타민E(d-α-tocopherol/Vitamin E), 옥수수오일 모노-디-트라이디글리세라이드(Corn oil mono-di-tridiglycerides), 카스토르오일(Castor oil), (Corn oil), 목화씨오일(Cottonseed oil), 올리브오일(Olive oil), 피넛오일(Peaut oil), 페퍼민트오일(Peppermint oil), 홍화씨오일(Safflower oil), 참기름(Sesame oil), 콩기름(Soybean oil), 하이드로제니이티드식물성오일(Hydrogenated vegetable oils), 하이드로제네이티드콩오일(Hydrogenated soybean oil), 카프릴릭트리글리세라이드(Caprylic/capric triglycerides derived from coconut oil or palm see oil) 또는 포스파티딜콜린(Phosphatidylcholine), 폴리에틸렌(PE), 폴리프로필렌(PP), 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌(PTFE), 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(PMMA), 에틸렌비닐아세테이트(EVA), 폴리카프로락톤(PCL), 폴리우레틴(PU), 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리에틸렌글리콜(PEG), 폴리비닐알코올(PVA), 폴리락타이드(PLA), 폴리락타이드-글리코라이드 공중합체(PLGA), 폴리글리코라이드(PGA), 왁스(파라핀 콜레스테롤), 글리세린, 키틴, 레시틴, 동물성 우지, 식물성 스테아린, 저급포화지방산, 단일불포화지방산, 트리스테아린(Tristearins), 지방산 미네랄염 (아연, 칼슘, 마그네슘 스테아레이트), 지방산 아연염(스테아르산, 팔미트산, 라우르산) 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상을 포함하거나 그들의 혼합물로 형성되는 마이크로 니들 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 팁 형성단계는,
원뿔 또는 다각뿔 형상을 가지는 복수의 팁을 형성시키며, 상기 복수의 팁 각각의 외주면을 따라 단면이 반원 또는 다각형상을 가지는 상기 가이드 홈을 적어도 하나 형성시키는 마이크로 니들 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 팁 형성단계는,
상기 팁이 피부에 침투하는 방향을 기준으로 상기 팁이 상기 피부에 침투하는 선단으로부터 후단을 향해 80% 이상 이격된 위치에 등간격으로 이격되도록 상기 가이드 홈을 복수개 형성시키되, 상기 가이드 홈의 단면이 반원 또는 다각형상을 가지는 마이크로 니들 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 팁 형성단계는,
상기 팁은 복수개 형성되어 베이스에 의해 지지되며, 상기 베이스에는 상기 팁을 중심으로 단차진 가이드 공간을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는 마이크로 니들 제조방법.
- 제11항 내지 제17항, 제19항 내지 제23항 중 어느 하나의 마이크로 니들 제조방법으로 제조된 마이크로 니들.
