Abstract
Description
도 2는 T1R2, T1R3 및 α-거스트듀신 면역블럿팅의 밀도 분석(Densitometric analysis) 결과 그래프이다.
도 3은 허혈 후 면역조직화학 염색법을 이용한, 해마에서의 T1R2 (A-F) 및 T1R3 (G-L)의 면역반응성 변화를 관찰한 공초점 현미경 사진이다.
도 4는 재관류 후 7일째, 해마의 CA1 영역에서의 T1R2, T1R3 면역반응성 세포의 표현형을 나타낸 사진이다.
도 5는 허혈 후 해마에서 α-거스트듀신 면역반응성 세포의 일시적 프로파일 및 표현형을 나타낸 사진이다.
Claims (16)
- T1R2, T1R3 및 α-거스트듀신 중에서 선택되는 1 개 이상의 유전자 mRNA 또는 이의 단백질의 수준을 측정하는 제제를 포함하는 허혈 질환 진단용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 T1R2는 서열번호 1의 염기서열을 가지고, 상기 T1R3는 서열번호 2의 염기서열을 가지며, 상기 α-거스트듀신는 서열번호 3의 염기서열을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 허혈 질환 진단용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유전자 mRNA의 수준을 측정하는 제제는 T1R2, T1R3 및 α-거스트듀신 중에서 선택되는 1개 이상의 유전자에 특이적으로 결합하는 프라이머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 허혈 질환 진단용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단백질의 수준을 측정하는 제제는 T1R2, T1R3 및 α-거스트듀신 중에서 선택되는 1 이상의 단백질에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 허혈 질환 진단용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 T1R2, T1R3 및 α-거스트듀신 중에서 선택되는 1 개 이상의 유전자 mRNA 또는 이의 단백질의 수준은 성상세포(astrocyte)에서의 수준을 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 허혈 질환 진단용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 허혈 질환은 상처 치유, 허혈성 뇌질환, 허혈성 심장 질환, 말초 혈관성 질환, 신동맥 질환, 위장관 병변, 화상, 피부 이식, 혈관 이식편, 장기 치료, 골 회복 질환, 간 질환, 자궁 질환, 망막 혈관형성 질환, 골 재생 질환, 연골 수리 질환, 및 평활근 세포 질환으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 허혈 질환 진단용 조성물. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 허혈 질환은 허혈성 뇌질환인 것을 특징으로 하는 허혈 질환 진단용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유전자는 T1R2 및 α-거스트듀신; T1R3 및 α-거스트듀신; 또는 T1R2, T1R3, α-거스트듀신의 조합으로 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 허혈 질환 진단용 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 포함하는 허혈질환 진단용 키트.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 키트는 RT-PCR 키트, DNA 칩 키트 또는 단백질 칩 키트인 것을 특징으로 하는 허혈질환 진단용 키트. - 환자로부터 분리된 생물학적 시료로부터 T1R2, T1R3 및 α-거스트듀신 중에서 선택되는 1개 이상의 유전자 발현 수준 또는 상기 유전자가 코딩하는 단백질의 수준을 측정하는 단계; 및
상기 유전자의 발현 수준 또는 상기 유전자가 코딩하는 단백질의 수준을 정상 대조구 시료의 해당 유전자의 발현 수준 또는 단백질 수준과 비교하는 단계를 포함하는 허혈질환 진단을 위한 정보의 제공 방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 유전자의 발현 수준은 상기 유전자의 mRNA 수준을 측정하는 것이고, 상기 단백질 수준은 상기 단백질에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체를 이용하여 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 허혈질환 진단을 위한 정보의 제공 방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 T1R2, T1R3 및 α-거스트듀신 중에서 선택되는 1 개 이상의 유전자 mRNA 또는 이의 단백질의 수준은 성상세포(astrocyte)에서의 수준을 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 허혈질환 진단을 위한 정보의 제공 방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 유전자는 T1R2 및 α-거스트듀신; T1R3 및 α-거스트듀신; 또는 T1R2, T1R3, α-거스트듀신의 조합을 이용하여 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 허혈질환 진단을 위한 정보의 제공 방법.
