Claims (6)
- 기재 상에 형성되는 적층 피막이며, 하기의 피막 A와 피막 B가 각각 1층 이상 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내마모성이 우수한 적층 피막.
[피막 A]
조성식이 (M1-aSia)(BxCyN1-x-y)(단, M은 Ti, Cr, Zr, Ta 및 Al로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소이고, a, x, y는 각각 Si, B, C의 원자비를 나타내고, M이 Ti와 Al의 조합인 경우는, Al양은 M+Si에 대해 원자비로 0.25이하임)이고,
0.05≤a≤0.35,
0≤x≤0.15 및
0≤y≤0.5를 만족하는 피막.
[피막 B]
조성식이 L(BxCyN1-x-y)(단, L은 W, Mo 및 V로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소이고, x, y는 각각 B, C의 원자비를 나타냄)이고,
0≤x≤0.15 및
0≤y≤0.5를 만족하는 피막. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 피막 A와 상기 피막 B의 막 두께가 모두 1.5㎚ 이상인, 적층 피막. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 피막 A와 상기 피막 B의 막 두께가 모두 100㎚ 이하인, 적층 피막. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 피막 A에 있어서의 M이 Ti만, 또는 Ti와 Al의 조합(단, Al양은 0.25 이하)이고, 또한, 상기 피막 B에 있어서의 L이 V인, 적층 피막. - 기재와, 당해 기재를 피복하는 제1항에 기재된 적층 피막을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 절삭 공구.
