Claims (9)
- 열 프레스에 이용되는 열 프레스용 쿠션재에 있어서,
쿠션재 본체와, 상기 쿠션재 본체의 표층에 배치되는 시트형상의 표층재를 포함하며,
상기 표층재는,
상기 표층재의 일방면 측에 배치되고, 상기 표층재의 일방면을 덮는 수지층과,
상기 표층재의 타방면 측에 배치되고, 상기 표층재의 타방면을 덮는 고무층과,
시트형상의 직포로 구성되어 있고, 상기 수지층 및 상기 고무층의 사이에 배치되고, 경사 및 위사 중의 적어도 어느 한쪽에 숭고사를 사용한 직포 층을 구비하고,
상기 표층재 중의 상기 직포 층은,
상기 표층재 중의 상기 수지층 측에 마련되고, 상기 직포의 일부에 상기 수지층을 구성하는 수지를 함침시켜서 형성되는 직포-수지 복합층과,
상기 표층재 중의 상기 고무층 측에 마련되고, 상기 직포의 일부에 상기 고무층을 구성하는 고무를 함침시켜서 형성되는 직포-고무 복합층을 포함하고,
상기 표층재 중의 상기 직포 층의 내부에는 공극이 마련되어 있으며,
상기 표층재 중의 상기 직포 층의 공극 잔존율은 70% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 프레스용 쿠션재. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 수지는, 내열성 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 프레스용 쿠션재. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 내열성 수지의 융점 및 유리 전이점 중 적어도 어느 한쪽은, 200℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 프레스용 쿠션재. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 수지는, 불소 수지, 페놀 수지, 멜라민 수지, 에폭시 수지, 불포화폴리에스테르 수지, 실리콘 수지, 폴리이미드 수지, 열경화성 아크릴 수지, 푸란 수지, 우레아 수지, 디알릴프탈레이트 수지, 폴리우레탄 수지로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종의 수지 또는 2종 이상의 수지의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 프레스용 쿠션재. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 수지에는, 도전성을 갖는 무기 분말이 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 프레스용 쿠션재. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 무기 분말은, 카본 분말, 알루미늄 분말, 산화티탄 분말, 산화아연 분말, 산화철 분말로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종의 분말 또는 2종 이상의 분말의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 프레스용 쿠션재. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 직포는, 벌키 얀을 사용한 유리 섬유 또는 아라미드 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 프레스용 쿠션재. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 직포는, 1중직 또는 다중직된 것을 특징으로 하는 열 프레스용 쿠션재. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 고무는, 불소 고무, EPM, EPDM, 수소화니트릴 고무, 실리콘 고무, 아크릴 고무 및 부틸 고무로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종의 고무 또는 2종 이상의 고무의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 프레스용 쿠션재.
