Abstract
본 발명에 따른 반사방지 필름은 투명기재와, 상기 투명기재상에 형성된 반사방지층을 포함하며, 상기 반사방지층은 표면에 저굴절 비드가 배향되어 형성된 저굴절 코팅부와 상기 저굴절 코팅부 하면에 상기 저굴절 코팅부와 일체로 형성되는 고굴절 코팅부를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 반사방지 필름 제조방법은 투명기재 상에 표면전하를 갖는 저굴절 비드를 포함하는 반사방지층 형성용 코팅 조성물을 코팅하는 단계와; 상기 투명기재의 하면에 하부전극을 위치시키고, 상기 반사방지층 상면에는 상부전극을 위치시킨 다음 전압을 걸어주어 상기 반사방지층의 표면으로 저굴절 비드가 배향되도록 하는 단계; 상기 반사방지층 형성용 코팅 조성물을 경화시키는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기한 반사방지필름의 제조방법은 한번의 코팅만을 이용하여 표면에 저굴절 비드가 배향되도록 함으로서 종래 저굴절층에 해당되는 저굴절 코팅부와 종래 고굴절층에 해당되는 고굴절 코팅부를 동시에 형성할 수 있어 코팅 공정을 감소시켜 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 간단한 구조를 가지며 우수한 반사방지 효과를 갖는 반사방지 필름의 제조가 가능하다. 따라서 상기한 반사방지 필름은 편광판 및 표시 장치에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (20)
- 투명기재와, 상기 투명기재상에 형성된 반사방지층을 포함하며,
상기 반사방지층은 표면에 저굴절 비드가 배향되어 형성된 저굴절 코팅부와 상기 저굴절 코팅부 하면에 상기 저굴절 코팅부와 일체로 형성되는 고굴절 코팅부를 포함하고,
상기 저굴절 비드는 표면에 전하를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지 필름.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 저굴절 비드의 표면 전하는 그 절대값이 50mV 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지 필름.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 저굴절 비드는 중공 실리카인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지 필름.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 중공 실리카는 상온에서 1.20~1.40의 굴절률을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지 필름.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 중공 실리카는 내부 중공부의 부피가 중공부를 포함하는 실리카 전체 부피에 대하여 20~80%의 부피를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지 필름.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 중공 실리카의 입도가 10nm~150nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지 필름
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 반사방지층은 저굴절 비드를 포함하는 반사방지층 형성용 코팅 조성물을 이용하여 형성되며, 상기 저굴절 비드는 반사방지층 형성용 코팅조성물 전체 100중량부에 대하여 5 내지 20중량부 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지 필름.
- 투명기재 상에 표면전하를 갖는 저굴절 비드를 포함하는 반사방지층 형성용 코팅 조성물을 코팅하는 단계와;
상기 투명기재의 하면에 하부전극을 위치시키고, 상기 반사방지층 상면에는 상부전극을 위치시킨 다음 전압을 걸어주어 상기 반사방지층의 표면으로 저굴절 비드가 배향되도록 하는 단계;
상기 반사방지층 형성용 코팅 조성물을 경화시키는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 반사방지 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 저굴절 비드의 표면 전하는 그 절대값이 50mV 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 전압은 1kV~10kV의 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 하부전극과 상부전극 사이의 전극간 거리와 인가 전압은 1kv/mm~10kv/mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 저굴절 비드는 중공 실리카인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 13에 있어서, 상기 중공 실리카는 상온에서 1.20~1.40의 굴절률을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 13에 있어서, 상기 중공 실리카는 내부 중공부의 부피가 중공부를 포함하는 실리카 전체 부피에 대하여 20~80%의 부피를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지 필름의 제조방법.

- 청구항 1 및 3 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항의 반사방지 필름을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 청구항 1 및 3 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항의 반사방지 필름을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
