Claims (11)
- 고유점도가 0.45 내지 0.59이고 PEL(penta-erythritol)이 10 내지 600ppm의 함량으로 도입된 저점도 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 및 고유점도가 0.63 내지 0.85인 고점도 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트의 복합 방사에 의해 얻어진 피넛 형상의 단면을 갖는 것으로서, 권축율이 10 내지 40%이고, 복원율이 5 내지 15%이며, 저점도 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트와 고점도 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트의 고유점도차가 0.05 내지 0.5인 잠재 권축성 폴리에스테르 복합섬유.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저점도 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트와 고점도 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트는 중량비가 30-70:70-30인 잠재 권축성 폴리에스테르 복합섬유.

- 고유점도가 0.45 내지 0.59이고 PEL(penta-erythritol)이 10 내지 600ppm의 함량으로 도입된 저점도 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 및 고유점도가 0.63 내지 0.85인 고점도 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트를 피넛 형상의 단면을 갖는 사이드바이사이드(peanut type) 타입으로 복합 방사하되, 70 내지 120℃에서 열처리하고, 100 내지 180℃의 열고정 온도에서 4,000m/min 내지 6,000m/min의 속도로 권취하되, 저점도 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트와 고점도 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트의 고유점도차가 0.05 내지 0.5인 잠재 권축성 폴리에스테르 복합섬유 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 저점도 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트는 분말형상의 PEL을 에틸렌글리콜에 용해한 후에 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 중합을 위한 중합반응기에 도입하여 중합하는 것인 잠재권축성 폴리에스테르 복합섬유 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌글리콜에 용해된 PEL은 에틸렌글리콜을 상기 중합반응기에 투입하여 중합반응기의 온도를 낮춘 후에 도입하는 것인 잠재권축성 폴리에스테르 복합섬유 제조방법.
