Claims (2)
- 상측 및 하측 각각이 개구되며, 하부 일측에는 공기유입포트(12)가 구비되고, 상단 내면 부위에는 거치단(16)이 형성되는 하우징(10)과;
나선형상으로 내면에 형성되는 고정나사산(22)과, 일정각도 경사져 상측 부위에 형성되는 복수 개의 관통공(24)이 구비되되, 상단모서리를 따라 마련되어 하우징(10)의 거치단(16)에 안치되는 결합단(26)이 구비되는 고정가이드(20)와;
고정가이드(20)의 상단모서리 부위를 가압하며 하우징(10)의 상측 개구부를 밀폐하여 결합되는 커버(30)와;
나선형상으로 상측 외면에 형성되어 고정가이드(20)의 고정나사산(22)과 치합되는 가동나사산(42)과, 상호간에 일정간격 이격되어 내면에 축방향으로 형성되는 복수 개의 가이드단(44)과, 하단모서리부위를 따라 단차져 형성되되 하우징(10)의 공기유입포트(12)와 연결되는 가압면(46)이 구비되어 하우징(10)의 내부에 위치하는 가동가이드(40)와;
고정가이드(20)의 내부공간에 중첩되어 위치하는 판스프링(50)과;
커버(20), 가동가이드(40), 판스프링(50) 각각의 중앙부위를 관통하여 위치하되, 상호간에 일정간격 이격되어 중간부위 외면에 축방향으로 형성되는 복수 개의 가이드홈(64)이 가동가이드(40)의 가이드단(44)에 치합되는 스템(60)을;
포함하는 밸브 엑츄에이터. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 판스프링(50)은 상호간에 접하는 제1판스프링(52)과, 제1판스프링(52) 각각의 내부에 위치하는 제2판스프링(56)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 엑츄에이터.
