Claims (20)
- 라우드스피커에 있어서,
가청 사운드를 생성하기 위한 적어도 하나의 전기음향 변환기와,
적어도 하나의 전기음향 변환기와 통신하는 프로세서와,
상기 적어도 하나의 전기음향 변환기 및 프로세서를 둘러싸는 인클로저(enclosure) - 상기 인클로저는 나무로 된 외부 표면을 포함함 - 와,
상기 인클로저 내부의 회로 보드 - 상기 회로 보드의 제 1 표면은 상기 나무로 된 외부 표면의 내측부에 인접하여 위치하고 상기 나무로 된 외부 표면의 내측부에 면함 - 와,
상기 회로 보드의 상기 제 1 표면상의 적어도 하나의 커패시티브 센스 전극 - 상기 적어도 하나의 커패시티브 센스 전극은 상기 회로 보드와 상기 나무로 된 외부 표면 사이에 있음 - 을 포함하되,
상기 적어도 하나의 커패시티브 센스 전극은 라우드스피커의 사용자가 라우드스피커의 동작을 제어할 수 있도록 구성되는 라우드스피커를 위한 커패시티브 터치 사용자 인터페이스의 일부를 형성하고,
상기 적어도 하나의 커패시티브 센스 전극은 상기 프로세서와 통신하며,

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 프로세서와 통신하는 무선 트랜시버 회로를 더 포함하되, 상기 무선 트랜시버 회로는 무선 네트워크를 통해 무선 통신 신호를 수신 및 송신할 수 있고,
상기 무선 트랜시버 회로는 무선 네트워크를 통해 라우드스피커에 의해 재생을 위한 오디오 콘텐츠를 무선으로 수신할 수 있으며,
상기 프로세서는 상기 오디오 콘텐츠를 프로세싱할 수 있고,
상기 적어도 하나의 전기음향 변환기는 오디오 콘텐츠를 가청가능하게 출력할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 라우드스피커. - 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 무선 트랜시버 회로는 인터넷에 연결된 하나 이상의 스트리밍 오디오 콘텐츠 서버로부터 오디오 콘텐츠를 수신할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 라우드스피커.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 무선 네트워크는 WiFi 무선 네트워크인 것을 특징으로 하는 라우드스피커.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 커패시티브 터치 사용자 인터페이스는,
나무로 된 외부 표면 내에 에칭된 복수의 사용자 제어 아이콘 - 각 사용자 제어를 위한 아이콘이 있음 - 과,
상기 회로 보드의 제 1 표면 상에 위치한 복수의 커패시티브 센스 전극 - 상기 복수의 커패시티브 센스 전극은 회로 보드와 나무로 된 외부 표면 사이에 있고, 복수의 커패시티브 센스 전극 각각은 프로세서와 통신하며, 복수의 사용자 제어 아이콘 각각에 대해 적어도 하나의 커패시티브 센스 전극이 있음 - 을 포함하는
라우드스피커. - 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 사용자 제어 아이콘은,
라우드스피커에 의한 사운드 출력의 볼륨을 제어하기 위한 볼륨 제어부와,
라우드스피커를 위한 온/오프 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라우드스피커. - 제 4 항에 있어서, 프로세서와 통신하는 메모리 유닛을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라우드스피커.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 복수의 사용자 제어 아이콘은, 사용자에 의해 활성화될 때, 제1 스트리밍 오디오 콘텐츠 서버로부터 스트리밍 오디오를 수신하는 것에서, 제2 스트리밍 오디오 콘텐츠 서버로부터 스트리밍 오디오를 수신하는 것으로 무선 트랜시버 회로가 스위칭하도록 하는 다음 스트림 제어부(next stream control)를 더 포함하고, 제1 및 제2 스트리밍 오디오 콘텐츠 서버에 대한 어드레스는 메모리 유닛에 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라우드스피커.

- 제 7 항에 있어서, 복수의 커패시티브 센스 전극은, 볼륨 제어 아이콘과 연결된 복수의 나란히 있는 커패시티브 센스 전극을 포함하고, 복수의 나란히 있는 커패시티브 센스 전극은 슬라이더 커패시티브 센서를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라우드스피커.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 복수의 커패시티브 센스 전극은 하나 이상의 연계된 전극들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라우드스피커.

상기 유전체 외부 표면은 터치 사용자 인터페이스의 상기 복수의 커패시티브 센스 전극을 위한 유전체인

- 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 유전체 외부 표면의 내측부에 인접한 위치에서 상기 인클로저 내부에 위치하는 복수의 발광 다이오드(LED)와,
LED로부터 상기 유전체 외부 표면의 외측부로 광 에너지를 전달하기 위한 복수의 LED 파이프를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라우드스피커. - 제 17 항에 있어서,
프로세서와 통신하는 무선 트랜시버 회로를 더 포함하되,
상기 무선 트랜시버 회로는 무선 네트워크를 통해 무선 통신 신호를 수신 및 송신할 수 있고,
상기 무선 트랜시버 회로는 인클로저에 의해 둘러싸이며,
상기 무선 트랜시버 회로는 무선 네트워크를 통해 라우드스피커에 의해 재생을 위한 오디오 콘텐츠를 무선으로 수신할 수 있고,
상기 프로세서는 상기 오디오 콘텐츠를 프로세싱할 수 있으며,
상기 적어도 하나의 전기음향 변환기는 오디오 콘텐츠를 가청가능하게 출력할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 라우드스피커. - 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 무선 트랜시버 회로는 인터넷에 연결된 하나 이상의 스트리밍 오디오 콘텐츠 서버로부터 오디오 콘텐츠를 수신할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 라우드스피커.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 커패시티브 센스 전극과 프로세서 사이에 연결되는 커패시티브 센스 컨트롤러를 더 포함하되,
