Claims (20)
- 지속성 있는 열가소성 필름을 형성하기 위한 방법으로, 상기 방법은 폴리올레핀을 포함하는 순수 중합체 및 산업화 후 재활용 물질(PIR)을 압출기의 송급부에 공급하여 혼합물을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 압출기 내부에서 상기 혼합물을 용융 가공하고 다이를 통해 상기 혼합물을 압출해서 상기 필름을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 PIR은 스티렌 열가소성 블록-공중합체인 열가소성 탄성중합체 및 스펀본드 성분을 포함하고, 상기 필름은 100μm 이하의 두께를 갖는, 방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀은 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 및 에틸렌 또는 프로필렌과 다른 비닐 코모노머의 공중합체인, 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀은 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 에틸렌 프로필렌 공중합체, 에틸렌-코-비닐 아세테이트(EVA), 에틸렌-코-메틸 아크릴레이트(EMA), 에틸렌-코-아크릴산(EAA), 에틸렌-코-메타크릴산(EMAA)의 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것인, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 탄성중합체는 폴리스티렌/폴리(에틸렌부틸렌)/폴리스티렌 블록 공중합체; 스티렌, 에틸렌/부틸렌 및 폴리스티렌 기반의 선형 삼중-블록 공중합체; 스티렌-부타디엔-스티렌 블록 공중합체, 스티렌-이소프렌-스티렌 블록 공중합체 및 그들의 조합으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것인, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 탄성중합체는 65,000g/몰 내지 100,000g/몰의 평균 분자량을 갖는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 10 중량% 내지 90 중량% PIR을 포함하는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 20 중량% 내지 80 중량% PIR을 포함하는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용융 가공하는 단계는 160℃ 내지 240℃ 범위의 온도에서 수행되는, 방법.
- 30 내지 70 중량부의 100% 순수 폴리올레핀; 및
70 내지 30 중량부의 산업화 후 재활용 물질(PIR)을 포함하고, 여기서 상기 PIR은 스티렌 열가소성 블록-공중합체이고, 필름 두께는 100μm 이하인, 지속성 있는 열가소성 필름. - 제10항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀은 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 에틸렌 프로필렌 공중합체, 에틸렌-코-비닐 아세테이트(EVA), 에틸렌-코-메틸 아크릴레이트(EMA), 에틸렌-코-아크릴산(EAA), 에틸렌-코-메타크릴산(EMAA)의 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것인, 필름.
- 제10항에 있어서, 50중량부의 상기 100% 순수 폴리올레핀을 포함하고, 여기서 상기 100% 순수 폴리올레핀은 폴리프로필렌으로 이루어진, 필름.
- 제10항에 있어서, 70중량부의 상기 100% 순수 폴리올레핀을 가지고, 여기서 상기 100% 순수 폴리올레핀은 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어진, 필름.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 100% 순수 폴리올레핀은 공중합체를 더 포함하는, 필름.
- 액체 투과성 상면시트, 액체 불투과성 배면시트, 상기 배면시트와 상기 상면시트 사이에 위치된 흡수성 코어를 포함하고, 여기서 상기 배면시트는 제10항의 필름을 포함하는, 흡수 용품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 100% 순수 폴리올레핀은 폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는, 필름.
- 코어층 및 제1 스킨층을 포함하는 다층 필름으로, 여기서 상기 코어층은 제10항의 필름이고 상기 제1 스킨층은 순수 중합체인, 필름.
- 제17항에 있어서, 순수 중합체의 제2 스킨층을 더 포함하고, 여기서 상기 코어층은 상기 제1 스킨층과 상기 제2 스킨층 사이에 배치된, 필름.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 제1 스킨층과 상기 코어층 사이에 배치된 제1 중간층, 및 상기 제2 스킨층과 상기 코어층 사이에 배치된 제2 중간층을 더 포함하는, 필름.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 코어층 및 상기 제1 스킨층과 상기 제2 스킨층 사이의 비는, 필름의 총 두께의 10% 내지 80% 코어층, 및 필름의 총 두께의 10% 내지 90%의 조합된 상기 제1 스킨층과 상기 제2 스킨층인, 필름.
